  3. @Dave-in-Decatur Yes, we only support the new version of Evernote for Windows 10. If you're on an older version of Windows then the older version of Evernote is the only supported version currently available.
  4. @dcampbell Thanks for letting us know. I've located the support ticket you opened and expedited the urgency on it. You should be hearing back from someone soon. Also, do you see any versions in your Note History that have the files/images?

  6. Hi @markeh With the introduction of the new Evernote for Windows app, we made the decision to discontinue support for Outlook Clipper and we won’t be making any further updates to this add-on. The alternative and recommended solution is to use the Evernote for Outlook add-on, which is a separate installation that will allow you to have the same type of Outlook integration that you do now. To answer the question about downgrading, the App Store makes it so that we cannot offer an older version of the app, so there is not a way to downgrade to a previous version at this time.   21. @silvershower To clarify, I'm only moving posts if they're specific to the thread's topic. If a post contains multiple reports/issues, I'm counting/tracking them, but leaving them as they are as to not disrupt the discussion too much.   22. Hi All, Does changing the sort order of your notebooks cause the missing notebooks to re-appear? Or, do they continue to appear missing? Also, if you click on 'Notebooks' from the left hand navigation, do you see all of your notebooks? Or, are they missing there as well?
  23. Hi All, I am locking and closing this thread as we believe the 10.0.3. update should address the root cause of the duplication issue for most of the users that have reported it on this thread. To clarify, we have seen some users report that they are still having some issues with duplicate notes after updating to version 10.0.3, but we believe the root cause of that issue is different than the one that caused this duplication issue. In this case, I've created this thread: For those of you on this thread that have updated to 10.0.3. already, but are still experiencing duplication issues, please post on that thread.
