I have the same problem. I use Legacy as the "new Evernote" has been so unreliable over the past year. It's happened since the Ventura update on Mac.

I have a simple shortcut which is a search for no tags in my default notebook. The notebook criteria is ignored on this search, and it returns all notes without tags across my whole account. Happens on Mac too, but not all the time. (Support have acknowledged this for Mac)

FYI, this issue also exists on iOS. But is not intermittent - it completely ignores the Notebook criteria of the search. Again, as a paying customer, I’m not happy. On Mac at least I can use Legacy version. On iOS, I’m stuck with a brick.

Not fixed. I'm seeing this lag on Mac.

Hi, In EN7.x, creating a new note was instantaneous, and didn't make any assumptions about tags or notebooks (other than honouring the default notebook specified in preferences). In EN10, clicking "New Note": Take 2-4 seconds to "process" before I can actually start typing in the note Defaults the focus to the body of the note, instead of the title like it used to Inherits the tags of the last view/search/shortcut you were looking at (not an intuitive or expected behaviour) Another workflow killer guys... Soon as in days? Or soon as in "downgrade to 7.x for now"? I'm two hours in to EN10 and can't see this as a viable product for my (fairly simple) workflows. Dave

Hi, I have a shortcut to a saved search I call "No Tags". It's criteria is -tag:* in a particular notebook. If I click on the shortcut it works 9 times out of 10. The time it doesn't work, it searches -tag:* but across EVERY notebook. Dave

Hi, There seems to he a long delay for Evernote recognising when tags have changed on a note. I have a shortcut setup for a particular tag. If I edit a note in that list and remove the tag - nothing happens. It should immediately disappear from the list (as it did in Evernote 7.x). If I create a new note and tag it - it also doesn't appear in the tag shortcut immediately (it does many minutes later). This is a significant impact to workflow. Please advise asap...looks like I need to downgrade back to 7.x Dave
