  3. Hi All, I have seen users report issues with their offline notebooks taking too long to download. This is an issue we're aware of and are working to address. In the meantime, here are some suggestions for achieving best results downloading offline notebooks until the issue has been resolved: Select one notebook at a time in Evernote Settings > Notebooks > Offline notebooks Open iOS Settings > Display and Brightness > Auto-Lock > press Never Plug the iPhone or iPad to a power source Leave your phone plugged with Evernote open for a few hours (Time varies and depends on the size/content of the offline notebook) Repeat with more notebooks Please let us know on this thread if you encounter this issue, and I'll be following up here once I have updated information

  5. Hi All, We've seen a small number of reports of users saying that their left side bar icon goes missing when connected to an external keyboard. This is an issue we're aware of, and working to address. As a workaround, switching to a different note in the note list should cause the icon to appear again. Also, you shouldn’t encounter this issue if you are not using an external keyboard. Please let us know on this thread if you have encountered this issue. I'll be following up here once I have an update.
  6. Hi All, I've seen some user reports regarding this issue. It is one that we are aware of, and are working to address. As a workaround, you can try clipping the same page from a desktop computer. Also, you can try to set the page to reader view in Safari ('Aa' icon on the lefthand side of the URL bar), then send it via email to Evernote. Please let us know on this thread if you encounter this issue. I'll be following up here once I have any updates.
  7. Hi all, I've seen a few reports of users stating they have specific notes that do not load when they are selected. We are aware of this issue, and it is something we're working to address. In the meantime, you can often fix this issue by quitting Evernote, and restarting the App. If quitting/restarting does not resolve the issue, please let me know on this thread. Also, if this is affecting all of your notes, and not just individual notes, please go here: I'll be follow-ing up here once I have updated information.

First, we are aware of this issue and are working to address it. If you encounter this issue and this is the first time you've launched the app after updating, it may take some time for your notes to sync. Especially, if you have a larger account. Hi All, I've merged the multiple threads regarding this issue into one here. @Renato Mascardo @skirsten @Jbjb100 @rct @Sayre Ambrosio @penglish To clarify, these are occurring on personal accounts, and not business accounts, correct? This issue began once you updated the Evernote App for iOS to version 10.1, correct? (Or, did it begin once you updated your Evernote Mac App?) Let me know as I'm working with our team to further investigate.

  19. Hi All, For those of you still experiencing this issue, and have not updated to the most recent release, please do so. If you are on the most current version, do you have a large account with a lot of notes? The reason I ask is that for larger accounts, it may take some time for everything to load/sync. Generally, this process should take just a few minutes. However, I have seen instances of it taking north of an hour for very large accounts with notes that contain a lot of content, attachments, etc. Let me know as this will help me further investigate into this issue.

  23. Hi All, I'm still working to try and isolate the root cause of this issue. Specifically, does/did this issue seem to occur when you navigated away from the note, and then returned back to it?
  24. Hi All, Thank you for reaching out. To clarify my understanding, did each of you just recently update to the new version? Can you elaborate/estimate on the number of notes you have in your account? The reason I ask is that for larger accounts, it may take sometime for all of your notes/content to complete their initial sync. Or, does this blank note in a new window issue occur with only specific notes?
