[Fixed in Version 10.5] Fail to export local notebook
Shane D. replied to mlcarpen's question in Desktop Answers/Solutions Archive
Hi All, For those of you that have already answered, thank you for providing more information. @julien22 Are there any commonalities in the notes that won't export? Do they contain images, attachments, or other files? Let me know as this will better enable me to determine how best to proceed. For everyone else, I'm currently further investigating into this issue. -

@bishopblaize Is there anything specific, like the file type, to the images that seem to display this issue? -
Premium account has 60mb limit
Shane D. replied to KateKate's topic in Evernote for iOS Issues (Versions 10.0 and above)
@KateKate Is there any chance you're signed into a new/different account? In Evernote on your iPhone, please do this: Tap the hamburger menu on the bottom left hand corner Tap the gear icon at the top right of the menu Tap on Account Under 'switch accounts' there should be a check mark to the right of the account you're currently signed-in to Is the email address listed there correct? -
Sync issues. Deleted notebooks remain
Shane D. replied to CR5150's topic in Evernote for iOS Issues (Versions 10.0 and above)
Hi All, Thanks for reaching out. Just to clarify, is this the first time you're running the new version/syncing? The reason I ask is that you may see these types of issues due to the initial first sync taking some time. Or, are you saying that you've been on the new version for awhile, and the notebook simply won't go away? -
Premium Mid-Tier Pricing Gone?
Shane D. replied to Matthew85's topic in Evernote General Discussions
Hi All, Yes, while you no longer can purchase Plus, if you already had Plus, you should be able to continue to use it. @Matthew85 To make sure I'm understanding, you're saying that your subscription was automatically bumped up to Premium? Did you also notice a renewal price increase? -
@Pierrodu21 @AlexTT Can you elaborate on the specific notes that cannot be opened? Are they specific types of notes? As in, do they contain attachments, tables, etc? How many notes do you have in your account and did you just recently update to the new version? The reason I ask is that the initial first sync may take some time for it to complete. Let me know as this will better enable me to further investigate.

Hi All, We’ve seen a small number of users reporting various issues with Evernote that we believe may be related to an issue that is affecting users that were signed-in via Sign in with Apple If you have experienced any of the following issues, and were Signed in with Apple, please post on this thread. Notes/Notebooks are not showing Evernote is slow to load Notes appear to be lost/missing Unable to log-in using the Web app Unable to log-in using Apple ID Issues with syncing notes New edits/changes to notes are not saving If you are experiencing other issues, and you used Sign in with Apple, please share here as well. While we are working to address this Sign in with Apple issue, you can still access your Evernote Account by following the steps in this article: https://help.evernote.com/hc/articles/360058137073 We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any other questions!

@tfogh @Mee Thank you for reaching out! Do you know about how many notes you have in your account? The reason I ask is that the initial first sync on the new clients may take awhile if you have a lot of notes. When you go to the Web Client, do you see the notes/notebooks that are missing there? Were either of you accessing your account via "Sign-In with Apple"? Let me know as this will better enable me to investigate into the issue.

Hi All, Thank you for sharing your feedback on this change. Please continue to share your thoughts/feedback here. One thing I wanted to clarify is that you can still use 2 devices as a Basic subscription user, even if neither of those devices are web. The change is that the Web Client is now counted as one of the devices.
