  13. @Sara K @CLand Thanks for reaching out! I want to gather some information about the issue you're reporting. @Sara K When you say sync, are you saying that the notes do not load? Or, are you saying that edits to your notes are note being saved? @CLand Is this for all notes, or just specific notes? If it is specific notes, do those notes contain anything other than text? Let me know as this will better enable me to determine how best to proceed.
  14. Hi All, I wanted to let you know that I've changed the main topic of this thread. We do not believe that this issue is specific to iPad, and may affect other iOS devices. We're further investigating into this issue, and I'll follow-up here once I have more information.

Or, are you trying to use one of the automated sign-in tools, like sign-in with Google? To clarify, is this a new account? Or, is this an account you already have? Have they been able to login before on this device? Let me know as this will better enable me to determine how best to proceed!

  20. @JNester Could you elaborate on how you're adding the images? I'm assuming that you are opening a note, clicking 'Insert', then 'Photo' and adding images that way? Let me know as I want to make sure I'm understanding your process accurately.
  21. @kthesun What were the file types of the images that you pasted over? Have you been able to replicate this, or did this seem only happen in this instance?

  23. @Byynnn7 @Jay50000000 To clarify, these are notes that you had already created, and were not created in the Evernote App for iOS, correct? If you go to Evernote Web, do you still see the notes/content that went missing? Let me know as this will better enable me to determine how best to proceed.
  24. @steve111 Thank you for reaching out! Were these newly created notes, or older notes that you had created in the past? If they were older, do you see them if you go to Evernote Web?
