I'm glad to hear that you were able to find a workaround, but am sorry to hear that you're having trouble with German language selection in the general. We're further investigating into this issue, and I'll follow-up once I know more. @Todd O. Are you experiencing a general crash issue also? Do you use German, or any other language selections? We had the dev team take a look and we were able to intermittently reproduce the issue. We'll follow-up here once we have more information. @stocky2605 Very glad to hear that this is working for you.   7. @NRosser Does the issue seem to occur with all of your audio files? Or just audio files with specific file types? What file type is the audio file you tested? Let me know so we can further investigate!

  12. @DTLow I believe we plan on continuing to post release notes. In that situation, it's perfectly fine to offer your feedback in direct response, and we'll sort it out from there on our end. In circumstances when you can, yes please. We want to centralize feedback and bug reports that are similar into single threads. This helps us to better understand and quantify what issues users are encountering!

  14. Hi All, First, @rdj999 We’re very glad to hear @AgnesP was able to help you resolve the missing data issue through a support ticket! For everyone else - in some cases, particularly for those with large accounts, it can take up to ~5 minutes for all notes to appear. If you’re still noticing issues with missing notes or data after that period of time, please let us know!
  15. @BasieBand Thanks for reaching out! I've tried a few time but I wasn't able to reproduce the issue you've described. Can you describe the behavior you're seeing? Once you take the picture, what happens? Is it freezing up? Are the notes just blank?
  16. Hi All, We've seen a handful of reports that users are experiencing issues with their Noteshelf integration with Evernote. As a workaround solution, tap on the magic wand icon that appears in the HTML window: This should fix the formatting for content that was imported from Noteshelf.
