  1. @Derek Cronin If you're seeing the walkthrough tutorials, it sounds like you may be in a new/different Evernote Account. Is it possible that you signed-in with different/misspelled credentials?
  2. Hi All, Yes, I can confirm that the behavior you're seeing is by design. I'm going to move this thread to the feature requests section, so please feel free to offer feedback/vote if this something you'd like to see changed!
  3. @Nicksomename @Charlie_C We're having trouble reproducing this issue. Is there any chance you could provide a screen recording of what you're seeing?
  4. @pscotth I'll be reaching out directly to gather more information. @theresameyer@timeout.com This sounds very much like you might have signed-in to a new/different Evernote Account. Can you double check that you are using the exact same credentials you used when you setup your 3-year old account? Feel free to reach out to me directly if you're still having trouble.
  5. @Hawk Thank you for the details! I'm working with our team to further investigate. I may reach out to you directly to gather some log information.
  6. @Derek Cronin Please use a desktop web browser and go to: https://www.evernote.com/Home.action You should then access the Web Client. Are your notes showing there?
  7. Hi All, I've modified the title of this thread to better reflect the request.
  8. Understood, just trying to make sure I'm understanding accurately. I'm working with our team to understand what their intended design is. I'll follow-up here when I know more.
  9. Hi All, This is an issue we've seen a small number of users report. For what it's worth, we have often found that these notes do become deletable after a few days. While this is obviously not a viable solution, I wanted to let you know in case you want to try deleting them again in the future. In the meantime, we're working to address it, and I'll provide an update once I know more.

  13. Hi All, Thank you for letting me know. Can any of you actively reproduce this issue? Or, are currently seeing it? If yes, please let me know as I'd like to get your log information.
  14. @Gonzalo Cordova Thank you for reaching out and for letting me know! To clarify, when do you receive this error message? Is it as soon as you try to install the App? Or, are you able to install it, but then as soon as you open Evernote, you get this error message? Let me know as this will better enable me to determine how best to proceed.
  15. Hi All, I've confirmed with the team that this is a known issue, and something we're working to address. I'll follow-up here once I have any updates!
  16. @martinewski Thank you for letting us know! I've been able to reproduce this myself, and we've opened a report with our development team for them to investigate/fix the issue. I'll follow-up here once I have an update!
  17. @vladcampos Thanks for sending that. We've been able to reproduce the issue, and are working to address it. I'll follow-up here once I have more information!
  18. @DTLow I wasn't able to reproduce this. Any chance you could give a screen recording?
  19. Hi All, @stocky2605 @Hawk To clarify, were you performing any specific actions when the battery drained? (Ex. Initial downsync and downloading offline notebooks may use a lot of battery. Not inconceivable to use single digit battery % in a short amount of time) Were you possible using the Share Extension with Evernote when the battery drain/overheating occurred? Let me know as this will help me as I further investigate into the issue.
  20. @vladcampos Thanks for reaching out! I'm unable to reproduce what you've described. Does this occur with any note? Or, does it seem to be specific notes?
  21. Hi @gabx Thank you for reaching out! Just checking, this is a note you originally created yourself, correct? It isn't one that was shared with you from someone else?
  22. @soundsgoodtome @MrIllustrator We believe the root cause of the issue is related to general app performance, and not necessarily the specific buttons. I'm merging this thread into our app performance thread: https://discussion.evernote.com/forums/topic/128904-app-performance-issues-slownesspoor-responsivenesslag/
  23. @markeh Thank you for letting me know! This is a known issue we're working to address. I'll follow-up here once I have an update on our progress.
  24. @Steve Klinghoffer Does Evernote appear to be frozen, or is this the only function that isn't working? Are you able to access/edit already existing notes? Let me know as this will better enable me to further investigate into the root cause of the issue.
