  1. @Rfl Thank you for reaching out! To clarify, the Notebooks are missing fro the left side navigation menu correct? If you tap on "Notebooks" and go to the Notebook kingdom, are they also all missing from there as well? Let me know as this will better enable me to determine how best to proceed!

If possible, please try updating to 10.0.3 and let me know if the issue is still occurring on this thread. If it is, I'll follow-up to gather some more information.

  8. Hi All, We released an update this morning, Version 10.0.3., that we believe will help to further address the duplicate note issues that were not resolved in 10.0.2. If possible, please go ahead and try updating to Version 10.0.3. and see if that helps to fix the issue. If it does not, please let me know on this thread so I can gather more information. Thank you!

  11. @Jeffsky Thank you for reaching out! To clarify, does the note actually delete as it should, but you just get the "failed to delete" message in error. Or, are you deleting the note, but it doesn't actually delete, and then you receive the "failed to delete" message?
  12. @Mr Pingouino Thank you for reaching out! On your iPhone 12, did you start off on 10.0.1. and then update to 10.0.2.? Or, did you start off with 10.0.2.? If you updated from 10.0.1. to 10.0.2., could you try uninstalling/reinstalling and see if the crashing issue still occurs?
  13. @Mr Pingouino Thank you for reaching out! I actually moved a couple of user posts to a different thread as they were experiencing a slightly different issue. To clarify, are you saying that your left hand nav is completely blank? Or, are you saying that you're missing notebooks from your stacks/they aren't appearing?

A limitation of the App Store makes it so that we cannot offer an older version of the app, so there is not a way to downgrade to a previous version at this time. However, please continue to share the issues that you're encountering in the forums, and I will provide progress updates on the reported issues.   23. Hi All, We released an update to Evernote for iOS this weekend, Version 10.0.2, that should significantly reduce the occurrences of duplicated notes. If you have not already, please update to Version 10.0.2, and let us know if the duplicated note issue continues to persist.
  24. @stocky2605 My apologies about that, I accidentally moved the thread to the feature requests section. 😬 This is a known issue, and we're working to address it I've merged that feature request thread into this one, and will provide an update as soon as we have one.
