Since I run a different selection of software depending on what I'm doing, I have a simple batch file that loads email/evernote/browser or lightroom/photoshop as appropriate. Evernote have said that 'options' are coming to v10 'soon' - or you could reinstall the legacy version. (Legacy is available for most OS's except iOS) (Legacy is available for desktops, but not mobiles). EDIT: correction: sorry!

Hi. My definition of 'bug' is "a process that is supposed to work but clearly malfunctions or fails". Evernote was never designed or intended to allow a third party to control the tag content of someone else's account, so this is a feature request. I can move the post to the correct forum to be voted on if you wish.

Link support currently seems to be very basic.

I use Brave browser - which is based on Chrome - and I see the tags line quite clearly... but maybe try a different browser?

To be honest I have no clue. But it's possible to: Stick with the pre-v10 app (6.25.1 in Windows) and enjoy the current features Upgrade to v10 and deal with the suck. (RE)Install the 'legacy' version which co-exists, and switch to whichever one works, depending on your need. Your choice....

Hi. If you haven't already done so, I'd suggest (re)installing the legacy version and using that where v10 isn't yet ready. Install an older version of Evernote

Hi. There's very little information available from Evernote - everything I have is from various posts in these forums... the Outlook Clipper seems to be dead - it won't be supported in future. There are some options - forwarding email to your account email address / copy & paste and (for webmail) the browser clipper. Scansnap is 'not supported' (according to Evernote) but it should be possible to continue to scan like any other scanner. Best advice is to avoid updating until there's more information, or to install the 'legacy' Evernote app alongside the new v10 so that you still have access to existing features.

Yup. I have a 25GB+ database. If I update and install the legacy version it looks like Evernote will eat 50GB+ of my storage space for the 'hidden' v10 store and my public 6.25 EXB.

Sorry, didn't understand the question. Can you give the audience here a few more hints as to what exactly happens/ happened?

I've seen other, similar reports - recent changes being lost; usually written off to notes not being synced before the app was closed. Could this have been the case for you?

I migrated to several PCs with my growing (now 25GB+) database. I saw somewhere (brain hurts - can't give you a link...) that backups will still be available in v10 by exporting/ downloading each notebook into an ENEX file. There is a utility (Backupery) that would extract those automatically from an EXB file, but they're in the same state as us users at the moment - Evernote currently doesn't support that sort of excess access* - so they're looking at API backups online. Maybe. EDIT: Told you my brain hurts... 😏

Yup - I have 52,000 notes in Evernote and I use it every day, so I'm feeling the aggravation too. And I work for me, not Evernote! Work arounds are suggested to keep getting things done for the meantime - they're not meant as a defence or an excuse for bad coding. Use 'em or don't - it's entirely your choice!

Hmmn. Windows should be the same AFAIK. In fact the correct app shows up here - - don't know why it isn't available. What device and which Win version is this? I haven't seen a display like this before...
