  1. I agree, not having the full screen makes managing tags difficult.
  2. I will try this and see if it resolves the problem. It is occurring on 2 Mac Mini's and 1 MacBook Air.
  3. I too was having issues a few days ago with this link. However, I just tried it and it is now working on my end. Have you tried it again today?
  4. I notice when I switch from one account to another using Evernote on the Mac it will just sit there and be stuck in loading mode. The only way to fix it is to quit Evernote and then restart the Evernote application. It will then restart in the profile I was trying to switch to, is there any suggested way to fix this?
  5. Try sending them a message via Twitter. That is what I just recently did and they created a ticket and someone from customer service reached out. I admit, it is pretty ridiculous that as a paying customer if you have to go through social media to get a response. Of all the software I use, both paid and free, Evernote is the only one that makes it so difficult to get help. That fact alone makes me nervous and hesitant to upgrade to Teams for my business because I feel there is massive lack of customer support.
  6. That is exactly what I did and it worked. However, I am now not able to add my assistant to the correct Teams account after I deactivated her from the incorrect account. I am thinking of trying to reactive her on the incorrect account, changing her email, and then adding her to the correct account and see if that works.
  7. I inadvertently have created 2 trial Evernote Teams accounts and the email address I previously used for my Evernote Premium account is now being used on one of the Evernote Teams accounts. I want to use that email for my Evernote Premium (again) and the only way to do this is to cancel the incorrect Evernote Teams account, then use the email for the cancelled incorrect Teams for the correct Teams I have already cancelled the incorrect Teams account that I don't want, however, it is still active until the trial ends. I need to fully delete this Teams account and the email account associated with that. I see no way of doing this in the user or admin panel. How do you contact Evernote support?? When I try clicking the link to contact support I get an error (see screenshot).
  8. I am sorry I gave everyone the impression I was working on my own. I recently hired an assistant and wanted to trial the Teams version to see if would work for her and I to keep track of multiple projects and task that we will work on together. Also, we would use it for a repository for information that must be shared and sometimes updated constantly. I already have a Premium account, the other option is for me to upgrade to Professional and also pay for a Professional account for her. However, I am not crazy about that because what happens with that information if she ever decided to do something else? Does she keep a copy of those notes? I was thinking that Teams gives me more control and the Spaces functionality in Teams would provide me the foundation to scale up as my business grows.Thoughts?
  9. I am currently a Evernote Premium member and I am doing a trial for Teams. I am really confused about what happens when I upgrade from Evernote Personal to Teams. It appears this would need to be a brand new account with a completely different email address. Questions: I have been using my business email for Evernote Personal, it appears I need to use a different email address? What happens to all of my notes and notebooks in my personal account? Is there a way to move or copy those over to this new account? I don't really want to use 2 accounts, is it possible to just use the new Teams account for everything? Any resources would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Brandon
  10. @Jack LynchHonestly, as a long time user I am embarrassed to admit this, but I did not know this feature even existed and it would solved a lot of my problems sharing notes. Unfortunately, none of my customers or vendors use Evernote and being able to share notes via email would have been a much better alternative to link sharing that I have done in the past
  11. I am having the same issue. I go to quickly look up a note and it is blank. It happened the other day when I was on the phone with someone and I had to quickly use the iOS app to view a note. This is happening on my older MacBook Pro and a brand new Mac mini. It has become so unreliable that I am now taking new notes in Apple Notes and giving serious thought about not renewing my Premium subscription that is due in February.
  12. I noticed on the new Mac and iOS version my PDF’s are all attachments now. I use to be able to the view the PDF in the note. Now I have to download it to my PDF viewer. Am I doing something wrong?
  13. I am having the same issue at times. I just had a webinar and was taking screenshots from within the helper. I clicked "save to Evernote" and the note with those screenshots didn't save. This is awful. Any solutions?
