  3. @DTLow No, that is not expected behavior. If you are running v6 and v10 on the same device, it should count as 1 instance. Are you seeing where this is being counted as 2?

  8. Hi All, I wanted to provide an update. We are in the process of addressing this issue and should have a fix implemented soon. The white window that appears is related the your account reaching/exceeding the 2-device limit. As a workaround in the meantime, if you encounter this issue please try revoking any devices that exceed the limit here: https://www.evernote.com/Devices.action This should prevent the window from appearing. Let me know if you have any other questions.

  10. Hi All, Thanks for your feedback! This is certainly something we've been looking into. For the time being, we will continue the separation by specific platform in the forums. The reason for this is that many of our users still perceive Evernote as platform specific, especially due to the fact that the new clients have just recently launched, we're still actively supporting the legacy clients, and we want to help make sure users can quickly find what they're looking for during this time. Also, since we did staggered releases for some of the clients, iOS & Android for example, we did not want to create a forum section called "Mobile" that only contained the new version of iOS, while Android was still behind in terms of new client updates. That being said, with the parity across platforms you're seeing with the new clients, I believe we'll eventually pare down the number forums to essentially "Desktop", "Mobile", and "Web" as those will better reflect the current state of the product.   18. Hi All, Thank you for letting me know. I'm currently further investigating into this issue. When you close Evernote, and it reverts, how are you closing it? The next time you are prompted with the update, can you try going to "File" and selecting "Quit", and then re-open Evernote. Do you get immediately prompted with the update prompt again?
