Evernote offers a Legacy version Here for Windows and Mac platforms I'm using the Mac version (7.14.1)

There are two lists; No Longer Supported and Not Available Yet Applescript is still on the Not Available Yet list >>If you need it, stick with the legacy version Good advice I'm using the legacy version and will not be upgrading until AppleScript is supported

Export is still functional with the Legacy version

I added my vote My work-around is option-command-F triggering an applescript I'm waiting for AppleScript to be enabled in version 10

Can you tell us more about your shortcut I use the WordService utility accessed via right click and Services Alas - no Services in v10

Actually import folders was never an Evernote/Mac feature We worked around this with Mac Folder Actions and an appleScript (sigh)

It seems child tag search has been enabled (v10.1.6) I can't turn it off The search returned no notes; Is it doing an All search? Clicking on a top level tag was not good I also got an error message "Search query exceeds nnnn characters

Let's say we're not a reporter ... The child tag selection should be optional

Not sure where Hook.app comes in I also had a problem that my applescripts referenced application "Evernote" I installed the Evernote Legacy.app; renamed it to Evernote.app The version 10 Evernote.app is renamed to Evernote10.app

This would be sorting the tags column in Top List View Top List View has not been implemented yet - we're told it's planned for a upcoming update edit; Top List View was implemented, however we're still missing sort by tags

Agreed, there is no necessity to make any decisions now Switch to the legacy version if you don't want to participate in the v10 experience The most important Plan B step is to make sure we can export our data This is covered with Evernote

There's other priorities Things were going so well with the IOS rollout, they're rolling out to Windows and Mac

No idea how long the legacy version will be functional As I said, I'll be happy to get a year's use

I'm using the legacy version (Mac/Windows) with Evernote continuing to sync to the legacy local database I will be happy to get a year of use, and even longer as an offline product
