I use Windows 11 on personal laptop and Windows 10 on work PC. Shortcuts are missing from both desktop clients. Shortcuts are present on web version, iOS on my iPad, and Android phone. I figure I need to clear the data log/cache but seeing too many options online that make me uncomfortable to try them. What is the best way to delete the app/data for a clean install?

I submitted a ticket - this has to be fixed. We are going backwards in terms of functionality the last couple of years.

This just started happening with the 10.25.7 (releases around Nov 18th). Arghhh

This was working fine when I exported a table 2 weeks ago and now, I'm getting the same result of columns stacked on top of each other. One of the things I use Evernote for is my weekly work flow/agenda. I've used it for 10+ years and this is making is unusable. I just want to print the note! Exporting to PDF was already an extra step/effort wasted. Now it's completely broken. I am using on Windows.

I did have a copy of the 6.25 version, so peace is restored for now. Put it in a safe place and treating it for the gold that it is!!

It seems my Windows based Evernote life will be stuck in 2020 (of all times!). I was part of the Beta, gave my feedback, uninstalled, and went back. Today, I tried again to no avail. The new update comes at the cost of stripping away everything I use and love about the Windows desktop version. I have used Evernote personally and professionally for 10 years. I use it daily on multiple devices. This is a devastating setback. Notes - we lost all access to our font list and reduced to five? Set line spacing around text that you cannot change. Spacing around images that used to be a nonissue. I don't need my notes spread out down the page. I use small fonts for a reason. Snippet view is huge now - only 7 notes visible compared to 12 on the old version Shortcuts - why did we lose access to them in the toolbar? Search - why is that taking up space in the navigation window? it was fine where it was or add it to the toolbar. The navigation panel is prime real estate that I should be able to control. Folders - no option to remove Recent Notes from the Shortcuts menu is the opposite of helpful. Why take away styles for notes? I use color coding to organize my folders for the different subjects and activities I teach and coach. If I wanted to use the web version, I would. I use the desktop version for all of the functionality mentioned above.

I have the same issue. I share notebooks with students and they have set NINE reminders for work chat msgs that I can't delete even though the work chat has been deleted and shared notebook with the notes are no longer shared. This makes reminders useless to me since any I create are mixed in with the others. Arghhhhh...

Any update on the possibility of sharing a notebook stack? I am using Evernote in my classes and it would be great to have things more organized for the students when they're accessing notes.
