  1. Hi. My stock answer to missing features at the moment is the Legacy version - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote
  2. Hi. No way to use the Chrome extension for multiple notes, but check out your Evernote email address - forward mails using a 'filter' in Gmail. Save emails into Evernote
  3. Hi. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote
  4. Hi. A little online research will find you the previous standalone Windows client 6.25.1, or the new Legacy version 6.25.2 which will run alongside the new version but retains all the original features. http://cdn1.evernote.com/win6/public/Evernote_6.25.1.9091.exe https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote
  5. I think Evernote upgraded tables a couple of years ago so that there's a horizontal scroll for anything larger than the window. I've been scrolling right and dragging from there where I had this issue...
  6. Like Xena, I have many skills . I flagged you for an Admin to take a look - again, they're very busy so it might take a day or two...
  7. Hi. I'm not particularly surprised that a random collection of variously-coded websites condensed into a single 'simplified' file is not easily OCR'd. Your file is possibly a collection of some characters and some images in different formats which - I don't believe - would be easy for a single OCR utility to process. There are a number of browser extensions which will convert all or part of an individual website into a PDF file directly, and there are utilities such as NAPS2 which can split and stitch PDF files. You may find that creating a PDF for each site and editing and combining those PDFs gives a better result...
  8. Hi. It sounds like the only feature which may help you is a subscriber-only option called Note History. If you look into upgrading, you may be able to do so with a monthly payment... and if required you could then downgrade again after one or two months... What to do if content is missing from a note
  9. Hi. See: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208314448-What-to-do-if-notes-are-missing
  10. Hi. You don't say how many notes you were trying to import, how many notes / notebooks you have, or the state of your upload allowance. Evernote does have limits, but its impossible to say from that error message whether you have exceeded them. It actually looks like one or more of the notes may have caused an issue. Can you obtain another export of this particular inbox? If so, I'd suggest limiting the number of notes exported to say 50 per export file and then try to import those files separately... 11. Hi. I'm not a Mac user but my stock answer to missing features at the moment is the Legacy version - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote
  12. Chat seems to be suspended for the time being and Support is pretty much buried by the feedback from their launch of v10. If you have a ticket number we can flag your post for an admin to see if they can assist, but I'd doubt it. The problem with hacks is: they look exactly like the user - that being how they got in in the first place. Other than checking for updates at particular times, there's no way to see what are 'good' and 'bad' changes. Don't know if this was in the thread above - What to do if you suspect unauthorized access to your Evernote account
  13. Hi. Short answer - no. There are many ways to import data into Evernote (depending on what you're importing from, and which device and Evernote version you're importing to), but Excel is not one of them. I have seen the occasional utility being offered by individuals who wrote their own visual basic or Applescript routines. You could try an internet search with details of your OS and device to see what comes up... This may help - Import content from other apps into Evernote
  14. Hi. https://discussion.evernote.com/announcement/72-issues-accessing-evernote-support-channels/
  15. Different reason if you're using the new v10 Evernote web - I'm trying to connect in Windows 10 from Brave (Chrome) and after a long loading time I get the error message. Confusingly on the same network, using the same browser on a Linux laptop I can load and see Evernote web just fine. Not suggesting you change OS, but maybe clearing caches and disabling ad-blockers will help? EDIT: Oh, and - https://discussion.evernote.com/forums/topic/130306-longer-than-expected-wait-times-for-support-requests/

  17. Hi. Were the missing items shared from a different owner? On a different date? If you do a search for a keyword in a shared note, is the content still available despite the fact the notebook doesn't show? It takes a little while to migrate the database to the new version too - the entries might appear in a day or two. I'd suggest you raise a support ticket - it'll take a while to get anything more than a tracking number, but if it turns out there's an issue you'll get attention sooner if you report it now. Plus I assume you have the legacy version to use for the meantime until this gets fixed.
  18. Hi. That, and about 100 other features that 'old' Evernote used to have, but aren't here yet; Evernote says 'more to follow'... but no commitment to what or when...
  19. I literally just switched myself, but it doesn't look bad to me at first glance. What are you finding issues with? It seems to be far better laid out and more responsive than the previous web version. Sadly it does not seem to have the same mechanism in Settings for switching back to a previous option. What's the URL you get for the Evernote web page?
  20. If it's a bug they'll fix it - most likely it's something to do with the volume of users trying to update / install legacy / sync new databases. And no, Evernote don't (usually) respond to direct queries here...
