  1. I'd like a view of tasks filtered by a notebook and/or tag
  2. Of course Evernote can implement multi-level notebooks They have already implemented multi-level tags It's actually a hierarchy; each tag entity has a parent tag field
  3. I'd prefer a Professional account https://evernote.com/teams PLUS: With an annual plan, every user on your team gets a complimentary Evernote Personal account to keep home & family notes separate from company information
  4. There is no "up-charge to move from a legacy Premium account" Existing full Premium accounts are automatically upgraded to Personal accounts We've been assured we will see no price increase
  5. I see the Teams/Business tier as "for people who use it for business and or work related and collaboration" and the Professional tier for people who want extended features like Boolean search attributes and ... For full plan comparison, see Compare-Evernote-subscription-plans
  6. My impression is Evernote's new v10 product is designed to more "even" the platforms The v10 product is a work-in-progress; the Legacy product feels less "beta"
  7. My "dead man" trigger uses my daily journal note If missing for 1-2 days, I get an email reminder If missing for 3-4 days, family members get an email notice If missing for 5 days, family members get a final email notice that includes password to my accounts I have this set up with applescript on a Mac, running the Evernote Legacy product There's online services that perform a similar feature
  8. @Shane D. Shane, can you comment on offline notebooks for Plus accounts
  9. You're welcome to add you support to the request The vote button is at the top left corner of the discussion I rarely have this issue I start typing a tag name; a list appears, I select the tag from the list
  10. I generate my own task lists For example; Current Task List Project Task list As separate entities, I can use a search like reminderOrder:* -reminderTime:day+1 - reminderDoneTime :*
  11. We've been assured there's no price i crease for existing accounts
  12. I need to access tasks as separate entities that I can work with
  13. My task lists are more focussed on Active or Dated tasks Other task status tags include; Pending, Next Action, Completed, Dropped, Someday/Maybe >>So I will make a Stack of tasks and each notebook a project. I use a tag to link tasks in a project; tag Project-aaaaaaaaaaa Any note has the potential to be actionable (a task)
  14. It might be useful to add example user cases Personally, I basically use a single notebook and don't need this feature
  15. There are two types of reminders; note reminders and task reminders Adding a note reminder does not create a task
  16. I was ok with Evernote for note storage/organization, and even customized for it task management But the masses want new features, and will be content with the inferior product The Masses are Asses
  17. I don't know about "sacred", but I've always valued Evernote's extensive search feature Basic search continues to be supported at all plan levels, including Free/Basic
  18. That's an opinion; the basic search features are still supported for all plans If you consider Boolean "essential", you can upgrade to the Professional plan
  19. Confirmed All plans get basic search attributes The Professional tier gets extended search features (Boolean attributes)
  20. In itself, a search always generates a dynamic ToC I think you're referring to a ToC inserted into a note The dynamic feature is supported by third party Filterize I use scripting (Applescript) with Evernote's Legacy product
  21. Why??? Boolean attributes are a great addition to the search feature If you don't need the attributes, simply don't use them
  22. Switch to the Evernote Legacy product - there's no updates 🙂 https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote
  23. That's my process - each task becomes a note To Do lists are simply a list of notes >>because they're headed for the Trash! I don't delete my task/notes They're tagged as completed, so easy to omit from lists
  24. Actually all tiers have access to Basic search capablilites
  25. To contact support https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action >I have a paid premium plan. The new plan downgraded me to a personal plan. Evernote has adjusted their account plan tiers Basic > Free Premium > Personal new tier Professional
