  1. Perhaps I haven't selected the ideal forum, but the billing and pricing forum is greyed out or closed. The growth of evernote has been supported by professionals who eventually age out of the work force, but may still rely on Evernote to organize their lives. I've used Evernote, possibly, since it's initial introduction. I've paid for Professional subscriptions for a long time. Now I am retired and spend a lot of time doing non profit work. This is where Evernote's price plans are inadequate. I'd like to see some recognition for those of us who still require multi-device access and adequate storage, but access the system less frequently and don't gain financially from our use of Evernote. similarly, I'd like to Evernote to offer a substantial discount to bonafide non profit organizations. Perhaps, set a financial threshold to offer the discount to smaller non profits willing to submit evidence (IRS990) of their minimal resources. I've posted here to get the attention of Evernote management that might be missed through "feedback". Looking at the current pricing, I'm forced to look at exporting my data and testing one of the various (admittedly lesser) competitors. Apple Note would be be as convenient, but I might adapt o save money. Yet I've spend a lot of money over the years,
  2. I have the same problem. I keep a shopping list that I access on Mac EN v10.41.5, and iOS/iPadOS 10.36. I have no clue which app is creating the duplicate (might be Mac as per the original post), but in any event I expect Evernote to sync all three platforms and I expect the sync process to be smart enough to determine the most current note version and merge as needed. This is really basic. I even went so far as to delete the note form all three platforms and create a new note with a new name. The unproductive problem persists.
  3. I, too, would like to see this. As much as I like using Evernote, I'd like to see them work a bit more strategically in development. When introducing a feature such as calendar sync, they would have created a much more complete and robust feature by launching the three(?) major calendar platforms; Google, Apple iCloud and Outlook. In my humble opinion, launching just one format looks like an experiment that should have remained in beta.
  4. That's my conclusion to date. I'd like to see Evernote invest more development in the mobile platforms. Of course, I own an iMac, but find the iPad to be such a versatile and convenient platform when mobile or when I just don't feel like sitting in front of my desktop.
  5. What is the best web clipping procedure to clip from web sites to Evernote when using an iPad? I often clip recipes from various web hosted blogs and websites. An app called EverClip used to do a good job, but the developer has abandoned the app., using the share sheet results in a note missing the images. My fallback is to clip a pdf using the print dialog. This works and is "ok", but does not produce a note that is as quick to open. Is there a better way?
  6. Well the forum sections are labeled differently: product features (for product development) and seeking solutions from the community who may not follow requests for product development so thanks for.....
  7. Is anyone aware of an Evernote web clipper (not just the share sheet) for use with an iPad; Chrome or Safari? I used to use EverClip very successfully, but the developer has abandoned this app. Share sheet works for some websites, but often drops photos and other formatting from many websites. One of my most common uses is clipping recipes. I'm aware of how to create a pdf from the iPad and this is a "so so" solution. Retrieving a saved note is preferable to the process of opening a PDF attached to a blank note. id prefer to see Evernote complete and maintain a solid iPad integration, but a third party developed app would get the job done.

  9. Thanks. Support in the iPadOS version still works. Since my account is misclassified as a personal account, the web support is worthless.
  10. Exactly! Evernote has downgraded my paid premium account and now that they view me as a freeloader, I am denied access to support. As administrator needs to jump on this and escalate it. Mistakes happen with all technology. The proof of customer service is how they handle their mistakes. as a premium subscriber, I want a direct email/phone# so that I am never again tossed out into the cold!
  11. Logging in at this link just takes me to my Evernote Desktop
  12. Evernote has hidden access to live support or support email. How do I submit an issue. I have a paid premium plan. The new plan downgraded me to a personal plan. I am paid through November.Reduced plan and no access to billing and account support. Not a good look for Evernote! Awful customer support attitude.
