Exactly this chain of events makes me think they installed an AI. Maybe the intention was to become faster quick. But currently it works as a rather stupid gatekeeper, letting you only pass when you insist. Excellent KPIs, I am sure this bot is able to close most tickets - a „wonderful“ machine except for those who need assistance. This is completely incompatible with the subscription price level. I have way cheaper apps where I get qualified support within a fraction of the time and effort I need with EN.

EN Tasks are build to make notes actionable, to build exactly the workflows you are asking for, Since no standard exist for task managers, I wouldn’t expect any integration.

From the moment one install is cut off the server, and the second is syncing, both will start to build differences. The legacy install looses accuracy and value within short. You will not be able to trust the correctness of searches, for example. Even if it is technically possible, I don’t think it is a model for sustainable use. Wasted time and effort, IMHO.

Options: Tag the corresponding notes, for example with a project number. Merge the notes. Link the notes, create a TOC note with links to all related notes. EN is no email app, and it hasn't got a thread construction for notes that from your perspective may belong to one issue.

On iOS you tap on the hamburger symbol bottom left. Then the gear symbol appears top right. On desktop settings are in the first menu. I don’t see the gear symbol thereabouts more.

If it is still a web clip, simplify it first. Usually it will then print or export to pdf without a problem.

Is it a regular note, does it hold code, other elements, attachments, whatever ? We try to help you, and have to ask for every nitty bitty detail. We are not paid to play games here - we are fellow user who might have an idea or two.

I don’t. Legacy is ***** And how does this help to solve your problem ? I think you just loaded a huge volume of syncing in one go on the uplink and server. Which means that probably now patience is the highest virtue.

As posted above, minimum system requirement for v10 Mac is MacOS 10.14. This version can officially be loaded on Macs released in or after 2012. I think it is ok not to support machines that are more than 10 years old. The main reason older Macs are not supported is that their GPU doesn’t support Metal for the rendering. For those supported Apple switched from NVIDIA to AMD graphics. Unless you get your Mac updated, you can continue to use EN in the web client.

With that quantity deleted it will probably take a little. When you open the Windows task manager, do you still have ongoing network traffic for the EN app (Evernote, Evernote Helper) ? If yes, I would leave the client open, to allow it to sync. First the count in the web client should go down. Then the other devices will follow. If nothing happens, take a coffee break as @VincentC has proposed.

Good. How do you know it doesn't sync ? Does only the trashed notes refuse to be trashed on other devices, or do any edits or new notes not sync either ?

You need to contact support - I can’t reproduce anything since I skipped legacy more than a year ago.

Export to PDF. Print note, select a pdf converter as printer. This will only make a pdf of the note and embedded pictures. Other attachments will show as symbols only, and will not export.

I had something similar last summer. I erased the import folder, restarted the client, and reconnected the import folder. This fixed it, and it didn’t come back since.

Did you simply open the same note in v10 ? How does the note look when watched on the web client ?
