  1. I don't think that this is related to the change from Plus to Personal. More likely a change brought about by an application update. As I suggested, a quick workaround would be to collate your customer in two stacks A_M and N-Z on a temporary basis. Meanwhile you can raise the question via support ticket and eventually get an answer.
  2. I'm not sure what you mean by folders. Evernote does not have the concept of folders. I'm guessing these are what are called stacks. Semantics but just saying what I think you are referring to in case I'm wrong. I suspect that stacks only display 18 notebooks in the list. Try two separate stacks (folders). A-M and N-Z.
  3. There are very, very few developers working with the API here. In fact I suspect that there are very few anywhere You could try asking Evernote support but I suspect they will point you back here. I fear that the Devs who were giving attention to this left a year or so ago when everything moved to Italy.
  4. There is no One Note importer. I suspect that this will be a two step process. Export from One Note and find a converter in the Internet that will convert to an Evernote ENEX file. Another option would be to save the One Note documents as HTML files. Create an Import Folder in Evernote. Save each of the HTML files into that folder and they will import into Evernote. Personally, I'd keep One Note as an archive. Each time I needed content in Evernote Is copy it across. Gradually I'd end up with everything I actually needed in Evernote and an archive in One Note. HTH
  5. In the desktop apps, at the bottom of the note editor there is a bell symbol. Set it there. On mobile, the the three dot menu at the top of the note editor includes the add a reminder option.
  6. Yes, the widespread release yesterday was an error. It was supposed to go only to those who had indicated a willingness to test the changes. As soon as it was realised that everyone had received it, the process was reversed. In other threads there is a link to volunteer for the test or we can just wait for the treated version to be released later. I'm in the waiting camp
  7. I'm not aware of any but I don't have a Samsung device so it is hard for me to say.
  8. The browser web client was included in the device limits a number of years ago.
  9. Home had more features but, as a result, is more complex. Fujitsu announced that Manager would be withdrawn and cease to work on the coming months. I now use Home and it works well enough.
  10. @bmcl26 join the beta test and submit your feedback as part of the trial. Perhaps that could be done from a Free account. That seems to be the more realistic way of getting your voice heard.
  11. Go to the File menu, choose Quit Evernote. When you log back in you will be back on the old UI unless you have the fortune to be in the beta test.
  12. I seem to have been reverted to the old UI. Possibly some issues have arisen requiring a roll back
  13. Are you working inside a web browser window? It looks like that. Export isn't supported in the web browser view.
  14. Yes, I think this issue is known. Adding a file such as a PDF to a table cell can produce the result you describe. Please submit a support ticket to add your weight to the issue.
  15. The old default san serif font is still available in the note editor but I don't think that there is a universal method to change font in all notes in one go. I think you would have to change the font whenever you opened a note for the first time. Highlight all the text (Ctrl+A in Windows) and change the font to the Old Default Font.
  16. Actually, there have been many explanations why it will not return. The primary one is that it is a system generated date/time based on when changes are made to the note. So everytime I add, remove, resave or whatever the update information changes. Even changing the updated date will trigger a change so I would expect that the date would actually never reflect the users intentions. The best that could be offered would be an additional editable meta-data field which enabled a search, sort etc. There is no evidence that this is being considered but changing the updated field will not happen. The software has a different set of code that updates more frequently than the old Legacy. You can change the created date so that can provide a means for sorting etc.
  17. I believe that this is a slow release. The first folk to receive will be able to feedback their ideas and responses before a wider release.
  18. It was announced over three years ago that version 6.25 would come to an end. It seems that this is now when it is happening. There's is no prospect of v6.25 being restored.
  19. Amazon has withdrawn Evernote from its app store on the Kindle Fire tablets. Your only option now is to access via a web browser or install the Android app via a download from a service such as apkmirror.
  20. You will need to locate a converter program for whatever format you can create from Quiver into Evernote's ENEX format.
  21. You can check your account settings at https://www.evernote.com/Settings.action
  22. I believe that is the case. You could alternatively cancel your subscription. That will drop you to Free. Then resubscribe at Professional. Cancelling is only dropping to Free.
  23. If you are a subscriber you could try out the Note History function.
