  1. The multi note operations that @PinkElephant describes pre-date RTE and have been present since v10 was released. I'm not sure that RTE had made this particular issue any worse nor, indeed, better.
  2. No the Mac, Windows, Android and iOS areas are quite busy.
  3. You can wait for 30 days. Alternatively, you can subscribe for one month and get everything tidied up. These device limits have been in place for Free accounts for several years.
  4. We don't know. I wouldn't assume it had gone until we see actual confirmation either in practice or official announcement.
  5. Not at the moment. I have a simple Windows batch file which I run once a day first thing in the morning to delete files that have already been imported. I could alternatively just move the files to a different location instead of deleting.
  6. I think the icon indicates an app update. Likley the app that will support the new UI when it is enabled.
  7. The old versions of Evernote seem to be in the process of being withdrawn. This has been predicted for three years. So no surprise. The only option once V6 25 stops working seems to be v10.
  8. Did you try the solution posted immediately above your posts? When uninstalling did you use Revo Uninstaller which gets rid of broken installations better than the standard Windows uninstall?
  9. Well done for keeping up the advocacy for spreadsheet functions in an Evernote table. Since this thread dates back to 2017, I think it is safe to assume that it isn't on any development plan. Feel free to keep up the advocacy, just don't expect any changes to the way things are.
  10. Are you using the Gboard keyboard? There are a number of issues a bit like this with Gboard and Evernote.
  11. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  12. I manage a Kanban-like process inside Evernote byusing a single row, four column table which is effectively a table of contents. I use the card view for each note so can do everything inside Evernote instead of jumping out to Kanbanote to view the Kanban view. This works well enough for me but a fully featured Kanban project manager might well be better.
  13. Interesting. It's not a function I typically use but I just checked and I still have the same experience that @Paul A. has been unhappy with for three years. @bmcl26, what version of the Evernote Android app, Gboard and Android are you running?
  14. It was announced in a blog post at the end of last year. https://evernote.com/blog/2023-recap
  15. Android System Webview is a common cause of issues. Always worth ensuring it is up to date. Thanks for the reminder.
  16. Yes. Pay by the month. Then cancel after two weeks. Your subscription will not renew at the end of the month.
  17. It isn't possible. Perhaps the new UI will change things later this month.
  18. Announcements started going out by Email from 12 September 2023 to arrive with customers no later than 28 days before their renewal at the new prices. It has been widely discussed almost within hours of the first Emails landing.
  19. Just an observation... It was announced in October or November that the old grand-fathered subscription prices have come to an end. When you next come to renewal you will be on the current Personal plan at the prevailing price. You will get an Email warning of that a month before your renewal. So if you are not able pay the new rates make a plan for where you will move to.
  20. The Email address hasn't worked to initiate a support request for a number of years. The web process has collapsed since the last quarter of 2023. I don't know any other user who thinks this is acceptable. You can initiate follow up to any ticket that has been opened. My own experience is that tickets can take up to 21 working days.
  21. Hi Erica. Thanks for the information. The most recent release is 10.71.2 but it may not have arrived with you device yet. You can download the latest version now from evernote.com This brings me to the next question for clarification. I appreicate the version number but did you get this as a direct download or from the Microsoft store? The full version number including the ddl whatever they use for the store (I think mss) will confirm. The store versions are often subject to odd behaviours. So if you have the store version I would uninstall and switch to the direct download from evernote.com/download If you already have the direct download then either wait for the latest update to roll out to your machine of jump ahead by downloading and installing to get the update.
  22. @gazumped says several days before the holidays. I'm estimating 21 days since the holidays but probably improving.
  23. The Fujitsu software creates the PDF but on many occasions updates the PDF when the scanning process completes. Evernote sees this as a second file and imports it again. Better to have a separate import folder and manually move the file there after the scanning is finished.
