  1. @gazumped says several days before the holidays. I'm estimating 21 days since the holidays but probably improving.
  2. The Fujitsu software creates the PDF but on many occasions updates the PDF when the scanning process completes. Evernote sees this as a second file and imports it again. Better to have a separate import folder and manually move the file there after the scanning is finished.
  3. Support is currently very slow. Allowing for the Christmas/New Year break I'm estimating 21 days for responses. All the users in the forums would agree that the support delays are bad. You can add to an open ticket. Reply to the original auto response although I'm not sure it will get any quicker progress.
  4. No, I meant 6.25 to run with Windows 7 but 10.43.7 might still work. Versions prior to 10.60 are all being deprecated so make a plan for the future while you still can.
  5. Amazon has withdrawn Evernote from its app store. That version is no longer supported. You can open the web client in a browser or if you have Android 9 or better, download the current Evernote app from apkmirror or similar.
  6. Sorry. I can't help but think that that was a spam post.
  7. Try this on a laptop. Go to evernote.com and follow the discount offer if it is still available. I suspect it has or is ending today.
  8. It might help to know which version of the desktop app you are using.
  9. All Evernote accounts have a Trash. On the desktop apps it is at the bottom of the sidebar.
  10. It will update in app in a few days. The release is always staged. If you want it more quickly download the installer from evernote.com/download
  11. Mostly not Again, mostly not Yes but very slowly. With Christmas and the New Year I'm estimating 21 day response times but gradually improving back to 14 days.
  12. Then you would be well advised to make your plans now. The closest alternative to the version that you currently use remains Evernote v10 but, as @PinkElephant said, if lots of fonts is your key requirement then Evernote is no longer for you. I think one or two additional font options may come with the new UI wich we may see this month. But not an unlimited choice.
  13. I don't believe that you can. It is based on your Evernote username.
  14. Evernote has been withdrawn from the Amazon app store. Your only option now is to use the web client or download the version you want from a service such as apkmirror and install manually.
  15. Evernote does not, officially, run with Windows 7. The official announcement is that it should be Windows 10 or better. But 10.43.7 may work temporarily. It, too, is due to be withdrawn.
  16. Whatever, do NOT upgrade to v10. Your local notes will be lost. I think your notes will be saved in an EXB file on your hard disk. Grab that and save a copy just in case. There might be services that will import or convert the EXB file into a readable format. You'll have to search for that solution.
  17. Older versions of Evernote are gradually being withdrawn. The version you have was passed its time when the new v10 releases arrived three years ago. You will need to try and locate a copy of the installer for version 6.25. Perhaps a service such as FileHippo will help. In the meantime the web client may be a suitable solution.
  18. I haven't found a method of developing a Kanban board within Evernote that is as powerful as a properly developed piece of software with all the bells and whistles. I tried, and used Kanbanote, which was OK. In the end I created a four column, one row table and placed note links in each one. I used the summary view and can drag the views between columns as I progressed work. Reminders etc were set within the individual notes. HTH
  19. Unlikely to change in a few days. Did you report this as a support ticket? These forums are user-to-user peer support so there's nothing we can do to change anything and Evernote staff are not around very often at all to see your post. Sorry.
  20. You'll have ask and find out what they say. They might say that tehre is a problem with Evernote or that there are other restrictions creating the issue. Asking costs nothing.
  21. There is still nothing promised. Only hoped for. There is nothing reported for the hope either
  22. My guess is that the unsynced note changes block the sign out. Deleting the folder will have removed those and forced a resync.
