  1. You can only have 50 notes so you would need to delete 10 notes from Trash to unlock your account. If they are in Trash then it is unlikely you need them when you only have a 50 notes limit. Just empty the Trash and also be sure that you have just one notebook. Then all should be good.
  2. How many notebooks do you have? Do you have any notes in Trash? Notes in Trash count against the 50 note limit - so empty trash. Also if you have more than one notebook then the limits kick in. If this is the case export the excess notebooks (other than your default notebook) as an ENEX file. Delete all except your default notebook. The reimport the exported notes back into your now remaining notebook. That should resolve things for your you.
  3. Note History is a paid service using dekstop apps or web view. You could subscribe for one month to recover content that you accidentally deleted and then unsubscribe before the end of that month. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208313858-Use-note-history-to-view-older-versions-of-a-note
  4. The user concerned appears to be promoting his own business in a number of threads.
  5. Not intended to be sarcastic. Trying to think of a practical way of getting support to this person's users. Getting everyone to chip in a small amount seemed practical. Glad you were able to reach support.
  6. If you have hundreds of users with the issue get them all to chip in 50 cents. It would cover a month's support.
  7. This can only be done in the way you describe with an external program.
  8. Support is a paid subscription service https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Free users get sent here unless you need Account or Billing support https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true
  9. That just launches the OS uninstaller and it's the Legacy application. We're discussing v10
  10. Evernote doesn't provide any tools for uninstalling. You have to use the operating system uninstaller. These don't clear out all the problem data. In Windows it often leaves registry entries, corrupted configuration files etc and these get picked up by the reinstallation or upgrade. The suggested uninstallers are much more thorough. For Windows it is possible to achieve the same manually and this is where Evernote will point you. Your choice.
  11. @Reuas71 I don't see any mention of Revo in your post but there is a harder option. Manually delete %AppData%/Evernote and %LocalAppData%/Programs/Evernote
  12. This happens from time to time. It is well reported. Uninstall using Revo Uninstaller for Windows or AppCleaner for MacOS. Then download and install the latest software from evernote.com/download
  13. The answer hasn't changed. There is no means to add anchors inside notes currently.
  14. There are occasional reports of this error. I think the resolution is to uninstall with Revo Uninstaller and then reinstall with the latest version from evernote.com/download
  15. The Evernote Twitter feed is moribund. I doubt you'll see any response via that route at the moment. Other social media presence is non-exsistent.
  16. The Evernote settings provide no means of adjusting the brightness although you can choose between light and dark mode via Ctrl+,
  17. The fact that it was adding it to the x86 directory structure indicates, I suspect, a left over registry entry that is confusing things. That is where the Legacy would go. The %AppData% directories are not entirely incorrect for programs - possibly not intuitive for those of us who have worked with Windows for many years. But it is where the v10 applications should install - even if it doesn't make sense That's why I recommend a thorough clean out and reinstall.
  18. This is an extreme version of an issue that seems to arise intermittently. The x86 directory is the location previously used by the Legacy program. %AppData% is the place for v10. You really need to fully uninstall and clean out all remnants of both installations and start from scratch. Revo Uninstaller is the recommended method but given the double installation locations you should also check that x86 Evernote directory has gone as well as any Evernote directories under %APPDATA% and %LOCALAPPDATA% have also been removed. Only once you've got an Evernote free installation, reinstall with the latest installer from evernote.com
  19. This isn't a bad idea. You can suggest this via feedback@evernote.com I doubt you will see anything for many months if ever.
  20. I use my Stream deck for a number of Evernote actions. It works well.
  21. Are you using these forums to promote your personal link for Filemail? You seem to be posting in multiple threads virtually identical posts. Most of the threads you've selected are a year or more old. Even if this is well intended, I'm afraid that this all feels like spam.
  22. I'm delighted that I suggested one thing which inspired you to try something entirely different Well done, I don't think my post was the solution but I'll take the credit anyway 🥴
