  1. This is more likely a Google Play issue. So worth asking for help there.
  2. I checked an hour or so back and the download was still 10.68.3 At the moment, the only way to gain 10.70.2 is to allow an in app update although it doesn't seem to have made any difference.
  3. I think the rate to be charged will be revised a month or so before it becomes due.
  4. None. The linking with Outlook remains a distant promise. If it will appear at all it will be many monthts away. Perhaps try using a Google calendar, link iCal with Google and that should give a workaround.
  5. This has been asked before. It has, apparently, been a challenge to add the Outlook Calendar which remains on the distant horizon. I doubt that any CalDav integration is going to appear at anytime soon. Others have successfully worked around this by opening and linking a Google Calendar and then sharing the CalDav calendar with the Google account.
  6. The 2FA via text message was discontinued a few months back. It was announced at the time. You will need to use the Emergency Codes that were provided when you first set up 2FA. Then as well as amending your password you can set up 2FA using an aunthentication app. Google Authenticator is generally advised but actually you can use any of the similar apps - Authy is well regarded.
  7. Using an external PDF viewer. In a desktop app OPEN the PDF in, for example, Adobe Acrobat, delete the page(s), save and close the file. It will appear in Evernote with the edited form.
  8. You are stuck with the currently slow support system. Typically 14 working days for a reply and I anticipate longer taking into account the Christmas and New Year holidays.
  9. You may benefit from a local data record. File, Sign Out, Remove data Then sign back in and your local data will be restored. You may see that your tags h have disappeared or can now be deleted.

  11. This is an archive discussion from 2016 related to an old unsupported app. You might do better to ask a question in a new discussion for your specific option with whichever app you are using.
  12. The good news, for paid subscriptions, it's that you can download the installer and reinstall on as many machines as you wish. Your data should be restored over a period of hours.
  13. For whatever reason, the download file hasn't been updated. At this point the only way to get the most recent release for a desktop app is to install 10.68.3 and waits for it to update. The web clients only update on the background. You will see an on screen flash that tells you if the client has just been updated but if you blink you'll miss it.
  14. It won't do any harm but, I think, unlikely to resolve. @PinkElephant's comment on the default notebook would now seem more likely.
  15. You don't say which version of Evernote you're using. Is this a desktop app or web browser? If the desktop then I'd suggest rebuilding your local data. File, Sign out, remove your data. Then log back in.
  16. I think, of this was widespread, we'd be seeing lots of reports. We aren't so this looks like it is connected to your account, device or network. You may need to raise a support ticket but sadly these are taking sometime to resolve at the moment.
  17. I suspect you are referring to an Evernote Teams account since you mention 'three seats'. If that's the case then I suspect that we will be unlikely to be able to give help since few of any of us have experience with Teams account admin. I'd suggest that you raise a support ticket. I've no idea how speedily support is responding to assist Teams users.
  18. Evernote support is very busy and responses are taking up to 14 days on technical issues. Typically account stuff is a little quicker. However, your request has landed during the annual Christmas and New Year holidays so responses are even further delayed. Great that you found a method of paying from India.
  19. @badmuzo You don't say which version of Evernote you are using. This does seem to be a Mac Sonoma issue. The latest version of Evernote 10.70.2 is breakfast being released. If you don't have that test I would suggest waiting to see if the situation is resolved with the latest update.
  20. How many notebooks do you have? This needs to be just one too. Also, it is probably good to empty your trash.
  21. @Tobbe This is a 10 year old thread for software that is no longer supported. Sadly, coming back every couple of months isn't going to get any progress. You could post a new thread in a forum devoted to the software you are now using. But if that is the no longer supported so-called Legacy version then that isn't going to go anywhere. So if you are on version 10 post a new thread describing the suggestion and see if it gets any traction. Alternatively send feedback to feedback@evernote.com
  22. I got 10.70.2 as an in-app update today. Just looks like the download is lagging.
  23. These forums are user to user so you will be unlikely to get account help here. You were evidently on one of the old grand-fathered plans which were discontinued late summer last year. You were transferred to the Personal plan All prices were later increased which takes you to the rate you describe. For some slow support you can open a ticket.
