That's not clear in any of the help literature, but ok. Seems an odd design decision, when people do much of their work on a computer, in a browser, and exporting is a basic function. I will go find the app so I can close this chapter. Cheers.

Yes I'm on a Mac. Sorry I'm not up on my branding. But regardless, I can't export at all. The PDF option was suggested in the help menu. There is no option anywhere in a pull-down menu for Export when I right-click. Blue bar or 3 dots. See screenshots. I'm at a loss. I am trying to download all my notebooks to archive on my hard drive. I follow the instructions from your help menu, but they do not match what I see on my screen. When I right-click selected notebook, it should have an 'export' option in the menu, but that is not the case. I've been searching for 2 hours in frustration, to no avail. The chat bot is useless for answering the most basic queries. I am on ios desktop free version and not an expert user. Just a casual user with 10 years of stuff on this app. I haven't been on here in awhile and it all seems to be different and not as intuitive and user-friendly as I remember. So I want to back it up because I don't see the value anymore and want to secure my work without all these changes that I have to adapt to every time I check in. I just want to export and backup my entire collection of notebooks to my computer, but it seems that Evernote makes this impossible. Screenshots indicate my right-click choices. No export. No pdf - your instructions are incorrect and do not match. This is a very frustrating experience. This should not take me 2 hours of searching to find correct instructions. What am i missing here? Am I blind, or going insane? Please advise so I can take my work and move on. PS: Your chat bot needs ALOT of training. Useless.

I want to download ALL my notebooks to my computer. My goal to do a 'batch export' of all my files etc with few steps to archive everything offline. I can't do this individually as it would take days to do so many files. I follow the instructions, but when I get the blue bar at the bottom, there is no option to save PDFs. Only Move, Merge, Edit tags, Add to shortcuts, Trash. See screenshot. I've searched everywhere and can't figure this out. I am on desktop ios. This is driving me nuts and the bot chat is useless for even basic questions. What other options do I have to get this done? Please advise.
