  1. Hi. AFAIK the only way to re-link the notes would be to search for the link text - in your example above "Internal Link Text" and replace the links one by one. In Evernote it's possible to filter notes for URLs, or to search for a keyword like shard but I don't think either method will find a link where the URL is hidden.
  2. There's still a 'gallery view' within a single note (in Windows/ Android v10) - if a note has several images, clicking on any one will bring up that image fullscreen, plus a scroll option to page through all of them in order.
  3. Yup - wasn't my intention to suggest it was; just pointing out that the company is trying to attract users with a new UI which collects a ton of information in one place. Before they decide what colours it should be, they probably want to make sure nothing crashes big time through screen size or OS conflicts. Once they know it works they can start adding more options, but reactions so far (it seems to me) range from "I don't like it, give me back the old one" through "The colours are horrible, give me choices I like" (Company ESP required for that one I think...) to "Nice - A breath of fresh air!". All Evernote now have to do is find a way to appease several conflicting points of view - whilst also keeping the rest of the app afloat. It may take a little while...
  4. They just introduced a new UI and are probably still shaking the bugs out of it in all operating systems. No doubt there will be more choices in future, but for the moment they have to prioritise. Features that are most in demand will -where possible- get priority. You could try contacting Support to register an interest, request the 'old' dark panel back, or use feedback@Evernote.com. Or you could create a feature request post and see how many (if any) other users agree with you that this should be a priority.
  5. Or maybe a Mac version that no longer allows naming of windows? Windows 11, Evernote 10.75.2:
  6. Hi. I think your ticket # is 14498427 - I'll flag it to a Forum Admin for you. Meantime please remove you remail address from the last post - this is a public forum and you may be inviting unwanted contacts.
  7. I'd suggest you ask Bill Gates for a second opinion too... he seems to have lots of free time...
  8. Have you actually asked for support on any of these issues, or even posted here? If you can ask polite questions rather than ranting about how things aren't as good as they used to be, we'll try be positive and helpful...
  9. Sooner or later you won't have any choices left - I mentioned elsewhere that my venerable Samsung Android with Evernote Legacy stopped syncing with the server a couple of weeks ago, and I've now uninstalled it. I can still email clips and shares to the server. I'd take that as a sign that the End of Legacy is getting closer - and if you suddenly get flipped into that situation, how will you continue? You either need to make a solid attempt to convert to v10 and find work-arounds for what you consider are the rough bits, or you need to find a different app. If you need some suggestions for alternative processes, please lay out the details - I for one will try to be as constructive and helpful as I can be if we keep things polite. (It's generally bad behaviour and name-calling that starts fights around here!) I do urge you to take action though - the clock is definitely ticking on Legacy access.
  10. Actually I didn't notice it was also cunningly (!) disguised Spam or I would have zapped it initially. The post is now nuked.

  13. If you're getting updates more frequently than every couple of weeks you have a local problem that can be solved by uninstalling the app via Appcleaner (Mac) or Revo Uninstaller (Windows), powering your system off and on again, and re-downloading / installing the latest version from Evernote.com. If the two-weekly process is too much of an imposition, you may need to seek other software. It certainly doesn't bother me to have frequent bug-fixes and feature upgrades as they become available.
  14. Doesn't seem to have stopped a lot pf people trying it - and since I don't use internal note linking much, a regular ENEX backup for my notebooks is quite sufficient for me. (I imagine it would be impossible to design a system of internal links that survived transfer to new software anyway.)
  15. That's a standard response intended, as it plainly says, as an apology for the delay. If you've told them that you have two accounts and need a refund for any payments made, you'll get a more specific response as soon as they are able to look into your query.
  16. - and please don't post the same query more than once; I deleted your other request.
  17. Hi. Have you checked your Trash notebook?
  18. Hi. Evernote only provides encryption for plain text - no images, tables or bullets - so is good for 'phone numbers, passwords or addresses, but not much else. Attachments however often have their own encryption options - most documents and spreadsheets have password protection and various levels of restriction from read-only to full edit and copy rights. It's best to use third-party software to generate encrypted documents and attach them to notes. If you're sharing content, you may also be interested in Postach.io - which will allow you to create and maintain one or more web-based "blogs" based on notes in selected notebook(s). Postach.io also includes a password-protected access option.
