  1. No, sorry - all I can do is send the number to the administrators; they reply direct to the user as soon as they can...
  2. Don't think so - have you tried the whole uninstall with Appcleaner route?
  3. Not arguing here, but just to deal with "why would I use a table"? - I found it convenient to organise multiple images for things like user guides in one note - this is just a random one I found - because if you click on one to show it full screen, you can then page through the rest in order.
  4. Strangely I had the distinct impression this morning that there was clearly a Temporal Anomaly in my work room here - I started a job and suddenly it was a couple of hours later!
  5. Dear Forum Users - whilst I enjoy witty banter as much as anyone, may I remind you that too much name calling can - and usually will - result in posts being deleted. Play nice please...
  6. It's possible to add accounts to the Windows desktop apps and swop between them from the top left icon. The window swop is more or less instant for me. I can also switch between notes very quickly by having a 'table of contents' note open to which I can easily add new note links as they crop up in a process. The list reminds me what I'm working on without cluttering up the toolbar or the desktop with open windows and again Evernote opens my required note link in seconds. In fact the ToC idea means I can keep a list of links to required notes for various processes including local apps, folders or web pages. In general though I find "multi tasking" a bad idea (unless you're thinking about a different process). I prefer to do the GTD thing of getting stuff out of my head and onto paper and concentrating on one process. If I'm writing a response to a forum post and suddenly randomly think "did I remember to import that ENEX file?" [that just happened...] I'll throw a note into my current ToC "check ENEX" and do it when I finish this post. EDIT: ...and remember to include the screen clip...
  7. Don't think I've ever managed 2 images side by side without creating a table first... -Just to be clear, are you annotating a PDF that's still part of a note, or have you exported it to a separate file?
  8. Have you tried PowerToys "FancyZones" on W11? Shift-Click on a window's top border and you can drag it into a standard or a bespoke layout...
  9. Hi. https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and reply to any subsequent 'does this help?' emails with a repeat of your request. (I just submitted one of my own...)
  10. Yeah - I had a Teams trial at one stage. The problem was all the extra admin you had to do even if there was only one actual user. And don't get me started on the two separate personal and Teams accounts... and if there were similar features in Professional (or wherever) how would you deal with the admin of controlling who had access to which Spaces and at what level? Lots more menus required!!
  11. I value what's left of my sanity thanks - staying well away. The old Evernote management team used to do podcasts and I remember them reminiscing about the death threats they got for changing fonts at some early stage...
  12. Aren't they called "Stacks"? - Although it would be nice to be able to share a stack and several notebooks at once. Or even one notebook...
  13. That was free for 15 years or so, and then reality (rather than bankruptcy) caught up. There's no such thing as a free lunch forever. Thanks for helping us keep this website grown-up and classy by the way.
  14. Hmmn. Tag syncing has been an issue forever - if you don't see the tags an hour or two after they've been changed I'd suggest contacting Support. With RTE (real time editing) you;re supposed to be able to swop between devices or share with others pretty seamlessly... https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new
  15. Hi. Exactly how do you set up your new tasks in Chrome? Are you behind any kind of firewall or VPN? Is there a reason you don't use the installed app?
  16. It's a severely limited access because it's a free plan... and it was your choice to use it...
  17. Hi. We're mainly other users in the Forums - please contact https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new for lost data issues
  18. Hi. If you export a notebook to ENEX and then re-import it to your account you can redirect the imported notes to a different notebook if you have less than 50 notes total. If you have more notes than that, does it matter how any notebooks you have? -And of course you could always subscribe and fix the issue immediately...
  19. Hi. Device / OS / Evernote version / Browser? Have you updated your app recently? Are you a subscriber?
  20. Hi. We're mainly other users here - you can comment to Evernote directly via feedback@evernote.com
  21. Hi. You seem to have a keyboard issue. Please don't use all caps here, it's considered SHOUTING. Storing your user name and password is a function of your operating system or device apps. It's also bad security. The most recent version of Scannable I understand requires you to have an Evernote account. If you try another document scanner like Adobe Scan or Microsoft Lens you can add scans to Evernote by sharing them from the app - which does not require a login.
  22. That was me an hour ago trying the link. Were you signed in to your own Evernote account at the time?
  23. Hi. That's a question for Support - which we're not; you could try Note History for previous layouts... Use note history to view older versions of a note
  24. Hi. We're mainly other users here - the way to report issues is via https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new. This has been raised, and probably reported before, but you should add your voice if you can. You're welcome.
  25. Hmmn. Likely a design restriction - an arbitrary limit to displaying created date options. Maybe create a 'template' note with older year created dates if you need it often?
