They were taking 20+ days to respond, but some folks here are complaining about 30+ day delays... I'm sure you will get refunds in due course, but clearly the company has a huge backlog to work through. Just make sure you raised your request through https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new using the issue type "Account", and you reply to any emails you receive - even if it is only to say "I've given you all the information I can for my refund". I'll flag this post again for the forum Admins and hope they can help...

@kvitekp Thanks for the link Peter! It's good to hear from you again. I assume that your avatar here is a little out of date though - surely that "Evernote Employee" tag no longer applies... I seem to remember you left the company a few years ago now!

Chrome has the ability to open a web page as a separate window as you noted, so I can easily have three open at once - in the installed app / a separate window / my 'normal' browser page; and I just got up to 6 tabs in Chrome without affecting my stats too badly - browser memory went from 14% to 19%. I'd prefer to use some variation of shortcuts or searches to get to notes though - I tend to run about a dozen windows normally, and multiple notes would just take up real estate.

Because Evernote are fully aware that there are still a lot of old-version users out there? And there are a lot of web pages to update, and it's a constant task if you're introducing new features all the time...

Hi. Legacy is an old, outdated version of Evernote that will stop working within months at best. When you upgrade from the old version to the new you are warned that 'local notes' - which are not (and never have been) synced to the server - need to be synced, and the update will help you do that. Because the new version coding is very different from the old one, it may take a little while for it to show all your original notes. But because the old version is being phased out I'd recommend that you update again carefully and convert all your notes to the new format.

Hi. Are you trying to use these shortcuts on a note that contains text inside a grey box? Maybe send us a screenshot of some text you're trying to copy or change and we may be able to say more on this? Ctrl+C and T work for me on plain text, and sometimes on other clipped or copied text; but it can vary...

Hi. We've already pointed out several times in other threads here that Settings > Notes > scroll to... "fit window" or "optimise readability" will change this.

I've said before - I use Workflowy for collapsible lists. I can link directly to it from a note (or anywhere) and back from it to the original source.

Yup - Support are the ones to fix it. Do you have a ticket number? I can try to flag the reference for a Forum Admin to look at, but I don't know whether that will speed things up...

I add an icon to important notes and have a saved search for 🔸which finds them all. If you Ctrl+A select all and use the three-dots menu in the blue pop-up (we're talking desktops here) there's an "open in new windows" option to get them all with one click.

I have the professional plan and I've used Evernote's AI services maybe 5 times since they were released - mostly to test something. But I assume Evernote has to pay for their users to have access to the feature, so it would make sense to restrict it to the most expensive package.

HI. Have you tried exporting as HTML? Have you re-imported the complete ENEX file to a test notebook to view the note in Evernote? Notepad is not a reliable platform for ENEX files... Please also confirm whether you're Windows 10 or 11 and what actual version number of Evernote you have...

Hi. Very few Teams users here - we're mainly other individual users and not the company. It's my understanding that a Teams account assigns an individual personal space to each user, as well as a central Teams access. If someone leaves the company they retain access to their personal space. How that works in some sort of trial I have no idea. I'd suggest you contact support on your own personal account and get some direct advice - if you can post a ticket number here I'll flag it for an Admin to look at...
