  1. Anything here help? https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048593674
  2. You can download updates anytime from Evernote.com and just run a manual install if you want
  3. Save it (and anything similar) to your Favourites as a saved search, and report the matter to Support.
  4. Not the same I know, but I have 64k notes on Win 11 running the same version and it's still very quick.
  5. Ah. Sorry - not reading that correctly. Though it was a question of 74.3 working and 74.1 not working. Didn't get that it was 10.73.3 vs 10.74.1. Ignore me!
  6. ...Because the OP was presumably using that feature and had issues - we were suggesting options. I prefer scan-to-folder because I can merge, edit, re-name and fix issues more easily there before using an import folder to add the files to Evernote.
  7. Evernote may not be aware that there are any issues - we're mostly other users here. The way to bring it to their attention is to contact Support - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new but be prepared for something of a wait; they're a little busy right now....
  8. Really? Links please... I must have missed those.
  9. In any legal dispute there's only one winner - the lawyers for both sides... and while I agree it's annoying to see frequent upgrade adverts, it's not a usual experience - which suggests that something local to you is possibly contributing to this. Your choice how to proceed.
  10. Support was already busy and overactive adverts aren't necessarily a priority, so a turnaround with 24 hours was never going to happen. Give it a few days and you will get a reaction. Meantime is there a reason you're so protective of your local database? It's only a copy of what's held on the server, and my next suggestion would be to use Revo Uninstaller (Win) or Appcleaner (Mac) to uninstall your current setup completely and allow the server to rebuild your account. It'll take a day or two to catch back up, but you can use the app while it's doing so...
  11. Likewise I use a couple of different VPNs in my daily activities - not had any issues yet...
  12. Further to my previous post - I wondered whether my original access still worked, so tried it out; it came up with an auth failure, but it's more than 12 months since I tried this. I also wondered if there were updates, and a version I downloaded from the Store was different from the original install. So I uninstalled the original app with Revo uninstaller to give me a 'clean' start, downloaded the latest (?) version from the store and reinstalled. Using the trial version the app downloaded my test account within seconds and produced a linked webpage copy. There's an option to output to HTML or (a version of) Markdown so this app might be ideal for a small account holder looking for an easy conversion of a few notes. The idea (I think) is for the app to maintain a 'live' copy of the account, so all additions and edits will automatically be included. <twiddles moustaches> Interesting... (evil laugh)
  13. Hi. I would guess that you couldn't unless Evernote's lawyers were very bad with their licence wording. Can you see any pattern in when or why you get spammed? While it's usual to get reminders from time to time, every 15 minutes sounds rather extreme. Even when I use my test 'free' account I only see a couple of reminders. If you feel it's excessive contact Support - which is something that you are paying for - and see if they can do anything for you. We're mainly other users around here - no control over nagverts at all.
  14. Access to be able to go back to Support and tell them that? There's nothing much we can do here....
  15. No idea what the future plans are (mainly other users here) - you can probably get it back for a little while by contacting Support - though that in itself might take a while. Whether they plan to offer an option to switch back when the change is made available to everyone I don't know.
  16. Hi. That version is 15+ years old and there's no conversion available that I'm aware of. You may be able to find something via an online search for your OS and Evernote v2, and you may be able to update through older versions - v2 to v5, v5 to v6, and then to v10 if you wish. (v6 would output to ENEX though.) I'd also suggest you look at what other export options you have - if you can save to HTML or PDF, Joplin might be able to work with that. Some sites have older versions of the software - see https://filehippo.com/download_evernote/history/ and scroll down (a lot). If you search the internet you'll probably turn up previous hits from the forums here, but most of the links in those posts no longer work because individuals left Evernote, and the company recently changed hands.
  17. Hi. This thread is 2 years old. Please start a new one, explain your issue and give us your device, OS and Evernote version and maybe we can help.
  18. Hmmn. This is not an Evernote issue - Damian is a single developer last posting 18m ago - if you don't get a response I'd suggest asking the MS store for a refund.
  19. Your users should have found that it was a temporary server issue which has now been resolved.
  20. You're demanding a free service? Try that with your local grocery store. You probably have notes in your Trash folder, or more than one notebook which was stopping you access the free service. Even if you had no access to create a new note, you can still see and edit your existing ones - you could always use a different free service for new material Evernote would prefer that you pay for the services you are using - as would I, because as a subscriber I'm paying for your free ride If you paid and wish to reclaim the payment you should contact Evernote direct - we're mostly users here. https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new
