  1. In Windows, you get an error - but you also get the 100 notes selected. I have a work-around. search for your list of 100+ notes. Select 100 notes and add a unique tag - say, "temp99" repeat your search, but now exclude the tag - "-tag:temp99" add the tag to the remaining notes repeat 2 as necessary. now search for "temp99" and select 100 notes. Move them and remove the tag. repeat 4 as necessary. ...sounds more complicated than it actually is, but it works...
  2. I just tested the link ending in 'true' above - it gives me a completely different page to the one you posted, which is asking me to describe my issue. Please try the link again - maybe clear your browser cache if it doesn't give you a better option..
  3. Even Google Play had some malware apps. I have no idea what's acceptably safe or not, but we're off topic for this thread - again...
  4. If you trust the source, which is risky...
  5. Still more a matter for Support than for us other users. I think some (possibly all) note attachments show up as icons rather than full text when they are exported. Don't know if that's a limitation of PDFs generally, or Evernote's export process. I don't know whether they'd want to change it either - Evernote is not meant to be a PDF editor; you could export your attachments and re-add them to the exported PDF if you have Adobe or another editor installed.
  6. As I've probably said several times in this thread so far. I use Workflowy, which is a fantastic outliner, but has drawbacks with attachments and images. I can link direct to to it, and link from there back to a note; or I can copy content from one to the other. No need for Evernote to reinvent the wheel... Hello World!
  7. I removed two posts here (after 7 months) that were not contributing to the discussion.
  8. It was announced months ago and I got my personal 'your subscription is going up' notification before it actually did. You can drop to the free account for a while to consider options, and actually leave your notes there when you make a decision to use another app in future if you wish.
  9. Please take a deep breath, relax and wait for a day or two. If you're peppering the support team with tickets, they're probably spending so much time connecting all your reports in one place that they can't respond to any one them. Try to take no further actions until next week!
  10. Hi. I don't expect that any formatting options will automatically apply to existing notes. You may be able to get some consistency if you use Templates, but while I agree a standard layout / format structure would be nice to have, there may be more important priorities for the time being.
  11. @Petsolb while everyone is entitled to an opinion, personal comments about other users is not acceptable and can lead to posts being deleted. Please see https://discussion.evernote.com/guidelines/ for details. The one individual from Bending Spoons who is replying in the Forums is probably a little busy right now. You should expect comments from other users to be the main response. If you want direct contact please raise a Support ticket.
  12. Yes - do what the nice support person tells you and report back in writing, rather than by video. As soon as you get through the basic steps, the next level support will get involved. No - @AlbertR is saying the support team don't read posts in the forums unless you give them the URL. I'm a moderator here, as are several other users - we keep things (mostly) under control and zap spammers from time to time.
  13. What @Mike P said. Note that there's a selection limit of 100 notes at one time, bulk moving can take a while, and the changes have to get synced back to your server and then down to other devices connected to your account. Do not get frustrated and move anything twice. Your system and devices will catch up, it may just take a while.
  14. It should be. If not, wait for the email enclosing your ticket number and attach your recording to your reply.
  15. Hi again - you did exactly the right thing getting back to them. Support seem to have the habit of closing tickets when they refer issues upwards, but surely they should have told you what was going on. Let us know what happens. If you didn't know, you can sign in here https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/ to see ticket status, and add your own comments on any ticket.
  16. Hi. Have you contacted Support directly? This forum is mainly other users and has no connection with the main support team. While Evernote's new owners appear to read posts here, they're also very busy working on speed, reliability and (apparently) AI features at the moment, and there are a lot of posts here. You'll get a much quicker reaction - albeit still taking a few days - if you talk to Support: https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new
  17. Hi. Download file to your desktop and drag/ drop into your note? Looks like Clipper - which looks like a third party to Microsoft - can't get past protections on your account.
  18. Hi. I assume you're not a Teams (business) user, so please give us your device / OS / Evernote version to start. plus - how long since you logged in? (And you might want to remove your email address from this public website to avoid making lots of new friends... see the three dots menu at top right of your post)
  19. Hi. You're posting in a 2-year-old thread. There hasn't been a 'problem' since then that I'm aware of. How about you tell us your device, OS and Evernote version and explain exactly what's happening to you?
  20. Did we go through the whole "what version of EN do you use"? This is old behaviour on a faulty installation. If you are on v10.x the fix may be to reinstall - > Go to sign out and tick "remove my data" > Use Revo Uninstaller Free to removeEvernote and any related system files > Restart your computer to clear any temporary caches > Re-download and reinstall the latest Evernote app This will all take some time, so please allow an hour or so for everything to catch up.
  21. I think Apple and Google have a lot more say than Evernote in what is available for mobiles and when. The page was down, and now it's not.
  22. They're doing a pretty good job from my perspective - I run mostly on desktop, but I can have a note open in the installed app, the web version and my tablet, and make changes to any one of them and see the alterations appear almost immediately on the other two screens. I'd say it's almost impossible to lose data these days, provided your device has a solid network connection. Evernote won't be investigating random Android data losses unless and until you report yours to them with much more detail than you've given here so far. We're mostly other users, but given more information you may be able to get more suggestions here.
  23. Presumably the same amount? Evernote hasn't had an increase for several years, and needs to get back to a viable market price. If you think the cost is too much, then downgrade your account to free (your notes will still be available - with some serious restrictions) and move off to one of the other apps in this market. There's a lot of chatter, but no agreement that I've seen about which is best.
