  1. Hi. Please sarch before posting. There are several conversations in the forums about refunds, and all end up with - contact Support (which is not us). https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new
  2. Reads like an AI reply - exporting won't help with future image-heavy notes or managing existing ones; Premium is no longer aavailable.
  3. Not exactly - reminder notes are still listed separately in all views on desktop. I prefer 'side list' as here...
  4. So basically you're looking for the benefits f a note-taking app without actually using a note-taking app? There's a reason that specialised software exists for that type of process. With sufficient effort and technical savvy you could possibly cobble together a system to save editable data to your hard drive, but it will involve several applications, and it won't be a 'seamless' activity. If you still have your basic notes in a free Evernote account you can search for your content there - I'd suggest you look around for a new note-taking app for future use.
  5. Hi. If you have access via a desktop, go to the Notebooks page and click the three-dots menu to the right of any notebook name. You should be able to export all notes to a variety of formats. If you have lost data I hope you contacted Evernote Support to see if there was a possibility to recover it.
  6. Hi. You can't. Evernote's guidance on calendars starts here... https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500009437482
  7. Hi. You're only allowed two devices, but you need access to Evernote Web to revoke access to any of them; so effectively you could maybe use the web on your macbook plus the ipad... but to sort it all out you need to check https://www.evernote.com/Devices.action for your own current connections and (if you can) revoke everything but the device you are using. If you have no disconnections left, you can only either wait out the suspension or subscribe again (on a monthly basis maybe?) to sort it out immediately and get access to Support in case you need help.
  8. Hi. My windows client does fine with images. Is it possible that this individual file was corrupted in some way? Do you generally find that images are not displayed? Is this a recent development or has it always been your experience that images are not displayed? You may find that things are corrected by logging out of the app and then back in, or maybe by powering the device off and on again...
  9. I'm truly sorry for your loss, but the contact details for Support are already in this thread. We're mainly users here - please contact Evernote direct to resolve this issue.
  10. Hi. Have you tried the fix described above your post? Raised this with Support?
  11. Hi. You're more than welcome to contact them and explain your extreme situation. We're mainly other users here who are also dealing with varying degrees of shock from the increase, but you will be able to raise it with Support (who are also customer service) and see what accommodations might be available...
  12. Pretty much everything you 'should' be able to do is covered in Evernote's help pages - just search for your topic: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us Or - despite some snarky comments - we're happy to explain how to do stuff in more detail here when you need it.
  13. Hi. The size and resolution of your screenshots will affect the size of the file - I just took a screen shot of your post forinstance, and at full size and 300 dots per inch (print quality) the file is 132KB. At half size and 96dpi (screen quality) it is 10KB - I could fit a dozen small size images in the same space as the larger one. There's no visible difference if you view them on screen. I use the free XNView app to crop, edit and change size. Also 200MB is one note size limit - can you split your note into multiple sections? You could use a Table of Contents note to list your images and jump between them.
  14. Hi. We're mainly users on this forum. If you're looking to report this issue or get some attention to it, you should contact Support.
  15. "Automatically" is not possible in v10. If you search the forums there has been some discussion of a third-party sevice https://github.com/vzhd1701/evernote-backup, and it is possible to export all notes in one notebook to ENEX from the Notebooks page in your account; but that's a manual option at this stage. You could support my feature request if you like...
  16. Hi. "Mask", no. No reason not to move them elsewhere out of the way though - maybe to the bottom or to a linked 'completed' note?
  17. Hi. To tell Evernote about an issue, or a feature you'd like considered, use - feedback@evernote.com - but don't expect a response. See Support for direct contact. Other users can vote in favour of your suggestions, or (sometimes) make helpful comments in the Feature Request section of the Forums.
  18. Hi. I'm sorry to say that this forum is largely supported by other users, and while the staff are probably active around announcement threads and current issues, this sort of post may not catch their attention. As a subscriber, your best bet is normally to raise your concern with Support, but that probably won't get you much satisfaction in this case. The new pricings were announced in Evernote's blog - https://evernote.com/blog/evernote-pricing-upcoming-features-update/ - and Federico Simionato (currently head of Evernote) added his email address there. He may be able to comment more. As users, we have no idea how Evernote might decide to develop - there is (I believe) a current back-to-school discount, and there definitely was at one stage a charitable body discount. Plus if you downgrade to the 'free' account, where you still have access to all your notes - (but just on the web plus one other device) you'll likely get an offer to re-join at a discount: for one year. I think its very early for Evernote to be considering new levels of contract - they're only just getting getting the basic systems working to their satisfaction - but things may change. I suspect it would be difficult to manage an account on the basis of 'low usage', and if you limit the benefits available, everyone is going to want a different set of features for their choice. The new pricing, while a steep increase, only makes up for the fact that Evernote hasn't increased its charges for 5 years or more. The rest of the world has moved on; Evernote is only now just catching up!
  19. Saferoom is not an Evernote product. More information here - https://www.getsaferoom.com
  20. Hi. If you already paid for 1 year, Evernote will keep your account open fo rthat period unless you contact Support to request otherwise.
  21. Click inside the table. Click the grey down-arrow Choose what to delete.
  22. ?? Evernote has never had 'subfolders'. There are Stacks, which contain notebooks, which contain notes. That's all the options available.
  23. Hi. The Forums are mainly user-supported, so we can't help much with passwords or payments and refunds apart from suggesting you contact Support. Both subscribers and non-subscribers can contact Support through https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true - use the issue type "Account"
  24. On a Windows legacy app, the database storage options are in Settings. Do you have a Preferences you could check? Windows users were able to move the database. Not sure whether that applied to Mac users...
