  1. Hi gazumped : ) it's Windows EN 10.77.3. It's been like this ever since I switched to V10 long ago. I just keep clicking around (including your suggestions) but cannot find a solution to make them just simply disappear. Any other suggestions?
  2. Hi folks. Please see the orange bar. When I open a note, there are always 3 random lists that appear. I don't use them and don't want them to use my limited UI space. How can I make them disappear? Thanks, Duhtch

  4. New info. I was in ENs new UI and tag copy / paste wasn't working. Later when I logged back in, EN switched me back to the old UI. The tagging copy / paste worked like before. At least I'm not losing my mind haha.
  5. Hi folks, In Windows EN, I want to copy a notes multiple tags, then paste those tags into another note. How does that work? I'm pretty sure PinkElephant explained it before long ago, but either I forgot or EN has changed how it works. Thanks, Duhtch

  7. Hi folks. I need your help. On the 9th, EN upgraded me to Windows 10.70.2. Afterwards, it stopped working. While waiting on the next upgrade, I'm decided to use the web or iPad versions. On the 10th, I uninstalled 10.70.2 and tried using old versions going back to 10.67.4... but none of them work. Today (11th), EN has to 10.71.2... but it has the same problems as the previous version. After installing, it tried to start... but then just crashes. So this time, I deleted my complete "Evernote" offline folder (17GB that takes 3 days to download), then installed EN 10.71.2 again, but it gives the same problem as before. I don't know what to try next... your ideas? Thanks, Duhtch
  8. Windows 10.70.2 stopped working. Uninstalled it, restarted laptop, then reinstalled a version from the web. At first, it tried to start up... but then dies. I'll wait for EN to fix it. Until then I'll just using the web or iPad. Good luck EN 🤠 Duhtch
  9. Hey folks. You guys are right. I was logged in my EN account. But the pop up advert was only intended for Free users. So it makes no sense for EN to send this discount offer to paying customers like me. "I'm still an EN guy" and will happily pay EN's lowest price. Much obliged for your help. Adios, Duhtch

  13. Hey folks, "Evernote Customer Support" responded to my recent tickets. It's at the end of this posting. But first, here is my reply: Dear Evernote Customer Support, I've been an Evernote "paid" member for 14 years. I wonder how many of us are still around. I currently have an "Evernote Personal" account. Evernote Customer Support restructuring is your problem. I do not accept Evernote's apology. My last annual $129.99 payment was due and paid on September 1, 2023. As Evernote cannot support my tickets, I think Evernote should offer me a discount for this current year's annual subscription. In other forums like "Evernote General Discussions" or Reddit, other customers who first declined to upgrade their next year's subscription are offered a 40% discount from Evernote. That sounds fair to me. As my tickets are "delay(ed) in response time", please offer me that discount. Please send me a $52 discount on my earlier payment of $129.99. Regarding my tickets, I first posted on "Evernote General Discussions" using my community account named "Duhtch". I did not get a solution from the community. Second, I checked "Help & Learning" where I also did not get a solution. That is why I opened the tickets that Evernote has decided to delay replying to.   15. Hey Mike P The 3 extra Filter tags in my example serve no purpose for what I'm doing in EN at that moment... "irrespective of the initial tag selected". Is that the same case with your "Images", "Attachments", and "Webclips" grey filters? Thanks, Duhtch
