Hi All, Please see this information on how to close your Evernote Account. First, before you delete your content and close your account, I recommend exporting your notes in the event you would like to have access to them in the future. Once complete, you can delete all of the content in your Evernote account by moving it to the Trash, then right-clicking the Trash icon in the sidebar and choosing Empty Trash. To protect your privacy, our Customer Support team does not have access to do this on your behalf. When you're ready to permanently close and delete your Evernote account, follow these steps: 1. Sign in to your account settings on Evernote Web. 2. Click Account Status from the left-side navigation menu. 3. Click the blue Close your Evernote account link. 4. Hi All, If your Evernote subscription was made through the Google Play Store, you'll need to cancel it through Google Play using the steps found here. Your subscription won't change until your current billing cycle ends. Once your subscription runs out, your subscription will be cancelled, and your account will automatically be converted to Evernote Basic. There are two different sets of steps for cancelling your subscription that is dependent on when you purchased your subscription. Scenario 1 To cancel the automatic renewal of your Evernote subscription, please follow these steps: 1. Navigate to your Evernote Account Settings and view the Account Summary 2. Under Account on the left, click Billing. 3. At the bottom of the Billing page, select Cancel your Evernote subscription. 4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Downgrade to Basic. 5. Select a reason for canceling the subscription. 6. Click the Cancel subscription button. Your subscription won't change until your current billing cycle ends. Once your subscription runs out, your account will automatically be converted to Basic. None of your data will be lost, and all of your content will still be accessible. Hi All, The "Winmail.dat issue" is an Exchange Server configuration problem. It's an old problem with Outlook/Exchange. Basically, if your MS mail system thinks the recipient of an email message is another Outlook user, it will encode rich text attachments in a format that is only readable by another Outlook user. Anyone else who receives the email will just see one of these "winmail.dat" files, which is Outlook's internal encodings. Hi All, If you have more than one Evernote account, you can use the Evernote for Mac or Windows Desktop application to consolidate all your notes and notebooks into a single account. To move notes and notebooks from one account to a secondary account: 1. From any Mac or Windows desktop computer, log into the account that contains notes you'd like to transfer to another account. To do export a notebook, click on Notebooks from the left hand menu To the right of the selected notebook, click on the "..." icon from the Actions column 2. Export your notebooks as Evernote XML (.enex) files from this account and remember which folder or directory you’ve saved it to. All your note contents and tags are saved to this ENEX file. 3. Sign out of the account you've just exported notes from and sign into a secondary account. 4. Import the ENEX (.enex) files into the secondary account. Imported notes are automatically saved to a notebook titled "Imported Notes." Once imported, you can move or copy to any personal or business notebook. Hi All, We're aware of an issue that may cause the tag filtering to display the incorrect number of notes. We're working to address this issue, and will provide an update here once it has been fixed. As a workaround: Use the advanced search syntax: on search bar (magnifying glass) paste tag:[tagname] Similarly, using the tag filter and selecting the additional filter for Updated > last 90 days If you found this information helpful, please consider upvoting the thread or adding a reaction.
