  1. Hi All, This is an issue that we're aware of, and are working to address. Recent updates we've released will hopefully improve the behavior for the time being. I'll provide an update here once I have more information. As a workaround, restarting your iOS device may temporarily fix the issue.

  7. Hi All, We released an updated version today, Version 10.8.2 that should fix the freeze and black screen issues. Please try updating to this version, and let me know if you have any further issues.

  10. Hi All, Thanks for letting me know. I've updated the workaround instructions above, but also, please make sure that you're putting the notes widget block in the top spot. Let me know if the issue persists after doing this.
  11. Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! @NickBH This is an issue that is affecting a small number of users, and we are working to fix it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you can workaround this issue by doing the following: Uninstall Evernote on your iOS device Log into your account on the Web or Desktop app Go to Home, then Customize Make sure the notes widget is enabled on your Home, and is the first block. Save the customization Reinstall Evernote on your iOS device, go to Home, and tap through the tool tips I'll provide an update here once this issue has been fixed.   14. Hi all, Earlier this year, we launched a brand-new feature in Evernote for desktop and web: Home. Today I’m happy to announce that we’re starting to roll out Home for iOS and Android (OS 10 and up) as well! Soon you’ll be able to access Home on all your devices, making it the best way to start your day in Evernote. Home gives you immediate access to your most recent and relevant information from one convenient location. Individual widget size is fixed on mobile, but otherwise, Home offers the same functionality across desktop, mobile, and web. Text you enter in the scratch pad widget will also sync across devices, so you can jot down a quick thought on your mobile and find it again later on your desktop. As with the desktop version, Evernote Premium and Evernote Business customers will have access to additional Home widgets and customization options. Get a free trial of Premium to explore the full range of features. iPhone and iPad users can get Home today by updating their Evernote app from the iOS App Store. It may take a bit longer for some Android users to see Home—it’ll be rolling out through the Google Play Store over the next few weeks. (@Bane_The_Srbn @Noted3339 @juneloon) That said, we believe we've fixed crashing/white screen issue in our most recent update, Version 10.7.2, that we released today. This thread is now closed.   19. Hi All, If you're experiencing issues with accessing support chat, please check to see if you have an adblocker enabled. We've seen reports that this may prevent the support chat from functioning properly. If possible, please disable the adblocker, then retry accessing the support chat.

In order to receive assistance with these types of issues you must open a support ticket as we cannot assist you with payment, billing, or subscription issues directly in the discussion forums. The reasons for this are to avoid the dissemination of user's private billing information within the forums, and because making changes to a user’s billing/subscription requires access to administrative tools that are only available to our commerce support team.
