Hi there, We are working to address this issue. In the meantime, you can do the following as a workaround solution that should resolve the issue until we can fix it permanently: Reinstall using AppCleaner: 1. If Evernote is running, press **Command + Q** to quit the Evernote application 2. Download App Cleaner 3. When the download is complete: open the zip file, then open the App Cleaner app 4. Open the ‘Applications’ folder in your Finder and drag Evernote to the App Cleaner window 5. After App Cleaner searches for and lists all related files, click **Remove** 6. Right-click (or **Ctrl + Click**) on your Mac’s Trash and select **Empty Trash** 7. Reboot your computer 8. Download and install Evernote for Mac 9. Drag the Evernote icon into your ‘Applications’ folder 10. Open Evernote and log in to your Evernote account

@Ian Wilson Is everything else working properly other than Home? Do your notes load properly? If you close out Evernote and restart it, does Home then work?

Hi All, This is an issue we've been able to reproduce, and are working to address. In this case, I've split out the recent comments from the old thread as the root cause of the issue at that time has since been fixed. This is a new/different issue that is causing the cursor to jump to the top on the Web Client. I'll follow-up here as soon as I have an update on a fix.

New: Email a copy of a note (paid) Fixed: You would sometimes see an error when trying to open a note link, but not anymore. We fixed an issue where the app would crash if you entered special characters (like *, <, and >) in the search bar while you were offline. Fixed an issue where stacks containing certain characters wouldn’t display in the left sidebar We fixed a problem where PDFs you had captured with ScanSnap would sometimes disappear. We squashed a swarm of tiny bugs that, individually, didn’t amount to much but, collectively, were pretty annoying. We polished some things under the hood to make the app more responsive and more stable.

New: - Action bar and button widgets to quickly create different types of notes. - Email a copy of a note (paid) - Stability and performance improvements. Hi All, With the release of Evernote 10.6 for Mac and Windows and Evernote 10.4 for iOS and Android, we’ve reintroduced the ability to email a copy of a note for customers with a Premium subscription. We have limited this feature to Premium subscriptions in order to help limit the spread of spam. The valid payment method for customers on paid plans verifies the sharer’s identity. For customers who prefer to share notes in this way, it’s a layer of security we offer in addition to 2-step verification (which we strongly encourage all users to enable).
