  1. After the database has synchronised all the attachments are also stored locally but not labelled as, for example, attachment.pdf Rather they are stored with a unique long character string and without any file suffix. They are present outside the app but not obviously so...
  2. I suspect that this is a bug. There seems to be no logic in having Custom = Today with no ability to edit. I'd recommend that you submit a support ticket.
  3. I am slightly confused since the evidence you shared is clearly a mobile app. But you say everything is now up to date. Perhaps try sign out, forget my data. Reboot your PC and then install the current version of Evernote - I think 10.61.7 and see how it goes.
  4. Or, indeed, isn't a keystroke used by another program on your computer.
  5. I don't want to offend by stating the obvious but, just in case something has been missed... Any changes to a file in an import folder will cause it to be uploaded a further time. Is there anything going on on your computer which is causing the updated flag on the file to change? Again, just in case, have you tried a complete and deep uninstall? It will mean reconnecting your import folders. It is possible that the glitch that was definitely around with 10.59 or thereabouts might have persisted. On a Windows machine, uninstall using the free Revo Uninstaller then reinstall using the latest download. There's is a similar a program for Macs. If you've tried these then my apologies for stating the obvious.
  6. Can you tell us the version of Evernote, OS and device? Also you Evernote subscription level...
  7. I think there will be quite a few users who might say the same thing about Evernote in recent months 🥴
  8. To add into this mix, Evernote no longer supports earlier versions below 10.60 although this doesn't yet affect Legacy.
  9. Most of the old web clipper add-ons/extensions can be downloaded from the browser libraries. Perhaps try rolling back and disable automatic updates?
  10. Please DM @Federico Simionato with details including EN logs and the URL/Note ID for the affected note.
  11. I have similar issues with calendars synced with Google not displaying but not in Evernote but with my calender apps. In my desktop Email program I can't see my wife's calendar but it shows on phone. A different calendar shows in the desktop but not on my phone. I think the Google sync/sharing is flakey and comes and goes.
  12. We're mostly other users here. So we can sympathise but we can't change anything for you. We've pointed to where you can download the older versions and outlined the challenges of not upgrading. Meanwhile, if your OS doesn't support v10 you can, instead, use the web client.
  13. You are correct. I was thinking two separate Android devices, one with V8 and the other v10. As for worrying. I think you have to accept that you are going to reminded but just live with it.
  14. Just to clarify, the web client counts as a device. Sometimes the easiest way to resolve things is to pay for one month. Clean up your connected devices. Always logout from all apps. Then clear the devices. Then sign back in to the two devices you want to use eg iPad and Web.
  15. I refer to my response earlier... Apart from anything else, encrypted notebooks would break search. If you need to lock notebooks I suggest you simply Sign Out at the end of a session and sign back in next time you want to use Evernote.
  16. Free use comes with limitations. One is that you don't have access to note history. The other is that you have to pay for technical support. If you pay for one month's subscription you will gain access to both. Remember to cancel the subscription after a couple of weeks to ensure that it doesn't renew if you want to drop back to Free.
  17. Sadly, for you, I've not seen this reported elsewhere. I read, and re-read, your initial post and missed this key piece of information. For some reason you have been put back onto an early version of the browser application. Check your account settings to see which app version you are viewing.
  18. My screen shot was of my web browser which does look very similar to the desktop app. But that was v10.61.5 for web browser... I'd wondered if you were using a less common browser which might have been struggling to display the current release. Sadly that wouldn't be Chrome. The best diagnostic approach with a browser is to first of all disable all extensions. These can sometimes break things. With no extensions loaded see if anything has changed. If not you can re-enable the extensions and continue the search for a solution. If disabling extensions resolves the issue then re-enable each extension one at a time until you find which one is causing the problem.
  19. Not me. I only have one note that I ever consider committing to paper and that is less often than once a year. In fact I never print from within Evernote. I always export the note to HTML and print from withina browser window using the broaser print dialogue. I find the output better.
  20. All very curious... If I PRINT to PDF, the result is as it should be and the final print to paper is just fine. If I choose to print direct to paper the print preview looks just fine but the output is, as for everyone else, a postage stamp sized output...
  21. The only way forward is to use the link @PinkElephant provided using the Account or Billing option or, since you say you've been there, to follow up that ticket via the slightly different link https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests Click on the ticket title and at the end of the 'conversation' you will find an option to follow up. There is no phone contact. The ticket system does go to a human being but it may take a few days before you hear anything. These forums are mostly users helping users so whilst we can sympathise, we have no ability to assist with account and billing issues which is why they are freely available to all users - paid or free.
  22. You could try that. To be honest I don't know what affect it might have on using v8 later. The new real time editing/sync process upgrades a note in the new app. That takes a few seconds each time you open a note for the first time. Reverting to v8 will mean that something may need to change going back. I don't think it should have problems. It is supposed to be possible to work both versions at the same time. I've just never tried recently. You don't say whether you are on a paid subscription or just using the Free plan. Remember that if you are on the Free scheme v8 and v10 will count as devices so you could easily exceed the Free device limits if you don't give this attention.
