  1. Support is a paid account option. You can also use Twitter @evernotehelps
  2. Did you try for your desktop app which you said was also affected? If the suggestion did not work for you then you should open a support ticket request with Evernote directly. These forums are user-to-user support.
  3. Try submitting Feedback from inside your app directly to Evernote. These forums are user-to-user support so staff may not see you suggestion here.
  4. No, not for me at least. I just opened a note that covers several screens. I click in the middle of the first screen, for example, and the cursor is flashing at that point. You don't say which version of Evernote you are using and which operating system. You may benefit from rebuilding your data. On a desktop app: File | Sign Out | Remove my data When you sign back in your data will be restored from the cloud.
  5. WE know it will come in several quarters. If this is a key issue for you then you are wise to stick with your alternative way of handling tasks.
  6. In my opinion, printing is the biggest issue for v10. I save to HTML and then print from inside a browser. I used to retain Evernote Legacy to handle printing but since I probably don't print more than a couple of times a year the HTML step works for now.
  7. Yopu should submit this suggestion via the Feedback section in the Evernbote application. These forums are mostly user-to-user so Evernote staff may not see your idea.
  8. I think you need to confirm the exact Evernote version from the Help | About Evernote menu.
  9. @Faisal Malallah is correct that the app needs to be in the foreground to ensure that sync takes place. I have once or twice needed to force a sync but mostly everything works although I'm not sure it would be reasonable to expect a sync to take place if the phone was turned off. v10.43 is only recently released. It can take two weeks for the app to reach all users once released so you may need to wait longer. 10.42 is what I still have and it syncs well enough.
  10. Evernote supports storing screenshots or any other image in a note. However, some users are having problems with some images not displaying. This isn't widespread but a problem if it happens to affect you.
  11. I'm not clear how you are trying this. If I took a screen shot which is now sitting on the computer clipboard I could open a note and paste into that note. Or I could save it to the computer as a jpg or png image. Then I can drag and drop that into the note of my choice. I'm not sure that will answer your question though. Tell us how you would like to to achieve this and somebody will have a good idea of what might work.
  12. Only five tries after that you have to pay for that service/
  13. I'm not sure I've seen it asked 1,000 times. But I did see an answer for the desktop app... File | Sign Out | Remove my data Then sign back in and your data will be rebuilt. That should fix the desktop app if it is doing this.
  14. 'yeah' was a predictive text mistype. Sorry. Read 'trash'. Deleting a tag will not remove or delete the notes using that tag. So the missing notes should be in your notebook. Which version of Evernote do you use?
  15. They are probably not even in yeah. When you remove a tag the notes remain in the associated notebook. If you delete a notebook then they go to trash. But anything in yeah can be recovered. So don't empty the Trash and you'll be good to go. But first look in the notebook.
  16. I think that this is a Safari or MacOS thing. Possibly best to ask in a Mac or Safari support area on the Internet.
  17. No problems here either. You have, correctly, removed %AppData%\Evernote You also need to remove %LocalAppData%\Programs\Evernote then reinstall Doing it with Revo Uninstaller is easier. But as @PinkElephantsays your issue seems unusual and you should probably open a support ticket.
  18. A routine uninstall will not resolve a problem like this. Assuming you have Windows, uninstall using a program such as Revo Uninstaller to ensure all corrupted files have been removed. There are similar programs for MacOS.
  19. This month, in addition to the monthly activity Email, I got a pop up in the mobile app with the same information. To get rid of the Emails click the unsubscribe option at the end. For the pop up, I can't say as I just flicked it out of the way without thinking. Perhaps unsubscribing from the Email will get rid of the pop up. But it really is such a minor interruption for me and life is too short to be fussed about it .
  20. You don't say how you handle the ScanSnap connection to Evernote. A number of us find that scanning into an import folder is more flexible and reliable than a direct scan into a link to Evernote. Create an Import Folder. With ScanSnap scan and save in a folder. You can change the file name to make it more useful if you wish and, of course, you can have multiple Import Flders so allowing you to scan directly into different notebooks. Of course, if that is what you are doing then my apologies for presuming otherwise.
  21. I think this is how it should work and certainly does for me... Imagine I have an existing tag which I want at the top of the tree called head_tag I also have an existing tag or tags that I want to move under this called sub_tag I open the tag menu. I go to sub_tag in the list and tap the three dot menu. I can see several options: I choose Move Tag. A window opens to ask me which tag I want to move it under. I locate head_tag and click MOVE. This does exactly what I would expect and sub_tag is now a child of head_tag.
  22. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Evernote app?
  23. Not much we can say with so little information. I just checked. Opened Evernote to ensure it was running. Switched to browser and shared a page with Evernote. Evernote dialogue opened and I could select notebook, yeah and note name. Click save. After a few seconds the note is created.
