  1. I would like to set my own default note style that is automatically applied when a new note is created. For example, for every note, I increase the font size to make it easier to read, and make the headers bold so that they are more distinct from normal text. I find clicking through the same steps for each new note tedious. Fully automating this step would be very useful, and potentially support accessibility. Edit: @Mike P Thanks for pointing out that duplicating and templating no longer keep custom styles. As far as I'm aware, there's no way around individually updating each note now. OUTDATED workarounds: pinning the stylised note in Shortcuts and duplicating it saving a template of the stylised note and applying it --------------------------------- Disclaimer: I have found requests for individual global text style features (e.g. font size), but each with only a few votes. If I missed a request for a global default note style, please let me know, and I'll vote for it immediately Extra keywords so that this request is easier to find through search: text style, font style, font size, font colour, large header, medium header, small header, normal text
  2. Thank you all for your comments. I've opened a support ticket since the issue seems limited to the first character and other positions work as expected.
  3. I have found a way to recreate this consistently for a particular scenario (shown in video above): when you first open the note, clicking into the first character position in the body sends you to the bottom of the screen. Scrolling back to the same position without moving the mouse and clicking again works, and the cursor appears in the first character position in the body. The exact thing happens again if you switch to a different note and back, or just click out of the note and back. Other positions seem to work as expected, as agsteel noted.
  4. When clicking the body of the note to edit it, the view and cursor should stay where clicked. Currently, the view and cursor are automatically moved to the end of the note, no matter where you click in the body. I tend to read the note and find where I want to edit, then click the body to start editing - and sometimes automatically get moved away. Then I have to find the spot again, which is especially annoying for long notes. Not sure why this happens for some notes and not others. Edit: Evernote version: 10.48.4-win-ddl-public (3760), Editor: v160.2.19698, Service: v1.60.5 I have found a way to recreate this consistently for a particular scenario (shown in video): when you first open the note, clicking into the first character position in the body sends you to the bottom of the screen.
