  1. I still think it's hilarious. It turns away anyone who doesn't want to pay for a subscription instead of keeping free users that may turn into paying customers in the future. Anyways, thank you for your help!!
  2. That is perhaps one of the dumbest things I've ever heard (on them, not you)... why would they make people pay to get support?? I've never heard of something like this before.
  3. I don't have the desktop app. It doesn't seem like I can email them since I don't have premium. Do you have a link to the support ticket option?
  4. I have cleared all cookies and cache from my browser and it didn't fix the issue.
  5. I've seen this question asked 1000 times, but the answer is never given. Whenever I open evernote ANYWHERE: in a browser or in an app, it opens to an old note way down in my notes list. Why does it not just open to the most recent note. Have they not implemented this tiny fix yet? And no, I can't just quit the app like most other posts recommend because I mainly use evernote in a browser. Am I supposed to clear the cache every single time I use evernote?
