  1. Evernote doesn't usually respond in the Forums. If you contact Support and ask them a question, they'll respond direct to you personally.
  2. If there was an actual bug I'd expect Evernote to be buried under a torrent of complaints from all Windows users. The fact that my Windows 10 setup works fine, and I'd assume few other users have any issues other than those posted here, Evernote are going to need a crystal ball to figure out why your system behaves in that way. There will be no fixes on that basis. You are a subscriber, so it would be a good idea to reach out to Support and let them help you - and maybe find out something from your device which can help other users with this issue.
  3. Hi. Evernote (I believe) are currently completing a years long project to update all the main clients with new features. Release date(s) appear expected in the next few months. The new bells and whistles may or may not fix your formatting issues, but that project is (it looks like) their number one priority for the time being. If there are still things missing - or wrong - with the new candidate, we'll no doubt raise them again - but for the moment I imagine any changes will wait on the new code being released.
  4. Hi. If you want to group notes, try the Table of Contents feature, or subscribe to a service like Filterize which can automatically update ToC notes based on filters that you specify.
  5. Hi. My reminders come like this - - That's my email as received on the desktop. While technically I guess the layout is M/D/Y, the email is dated correctly as D/M/Y by my system settings. TBH I hadn't noticed that the layout wasn't quite the same until now. Could you use the email date if that's critical to your process?
  6. There's been no traffic on this thread for four years, so I'd guess the 'handle' or the table processes satisfied most users over that period. Given the general lack of interest - apart from your most recent post - and the ongoing major release work that has occupied the past year or so, it's most unlikely that Evernote could add this feature quickly - if by some coincidence it's not already being worked upon. Before you ask, Evernote don't usually comment on what is, or is not, included in current development plans. Paying for premium features doesn't mean you get to specify what they should be adding for your personal productivity. If this is a feature you really must have, then I'd suggest you look around for alternative software. But do try the table method - I don't save bare images any more - I find it much more useful to have a minimum of a two-column / one row table so I can show a picture alongside some commentary. With larger libraries a table layout of four columns gives me a thumbnail picture collection which is easily converted into a slide show by clicking on one picture.
  7. ?? Clicking the handle at the bottom right corner of an image to drag it to the size you want isn't simple enough??
  8. Hi. You're a subscriber, so you could connect with Support and give them your feedback direct, but bear in mind that they're currently working flat out on a major revision so while many fixes may be coming with that release we'll have to wait for the package as a whole. It seems unlikely that this issue could be ignored - it is a basic flaw and there's been a fair amount of fuss about it...
  9. Hmmn. The account limit gets 'reset' every month on the day the account was first set up, and if you exceed the limit in one month your notes may not fully upload until the next month, so you will use up a portion of that month's allowance by those 'overflow' notes syncing before anything new gets added. Your desktop estimates the amount of space left based on the traffic it handles in one month - but it can't account for editing you may do on another device, or the fact that you have a lot of items in Trash that might be restored and resynced at some point. To take the Trash out of the equation, try clearing the trash notebook on your desktop and on your web account. And if that doesn't help you might want to investigate Local Notebooks. These are notes that remain solely on your desktop, and are not synced to the cloud. Worst case - you may want to subscribe for a month or two (if that's possible) until your limits are sorted out. What is a local notebook? FAQ for upload limits
  10. Updated a few days ago: cautiously optimistic... no random crashes for some time now... 🤞
  11. OK I may have been a little nitpicky, but my point was you can use the current Evernote for lists - there are even ways to speed up routine tasks like this - https://filterize.net/blog/using-filterize/3-ideas-how-to-clear-all-checkboxes-of-a-checklist-automatically/ As for harmony - see https://discussion.evernote.com/forum/306-behind-the-scenes-series/
  12. AFAIK uninstalling / restarting the device / reinstalling is the only available way to try to resolve mobile-based tech issues. Just for info - a visual search should show unsynced notes flagged with a green icon, or if you know when sync stopped, a created date search can provide a list; and subscribers have the option of forwarding notes to the server account by email - which is possible from a mobile device.
  13. On a quick scan through the thread I couldn't find anyone actually saying that - most posts here seem to be suggesting options or commenting on differences between apps. Such differences as exist may be addressed by Evernote's current project to update and 'harmonise' the main clients. Results due later this year...
  14. Wow - I didn't even know that option existed!! (Or maybe I did, but I forgot. It's an age thing...) Anyway: glad you found the fix!
  15. Glad you found the issue. Can you add 'solved' to the title of your post please for new readers?
  16. Don't understand the need to 'switch to' anything. You may have noticed that I support Evernote rather a lot. I also use Workflowy (with links between the two)when I need 'advanced' nesting. Like I use Lightroom for my images - the best software for each specific purpose.
  17. Hi. What device, OS and Evernote version? Do you have an 'i' (for information) you can click on?
  18. Hi. I don't have the same experience. If you right-click the word do you have an option to 'add to dictionary'?
  19. Hi. What software did you use to create your existing notes? If you used or can download S Note from the Galaxy store, it should allow you to save to Evernote. Otherwise a search online might help, as - https://android.stackexchange.com/questions/172765/how-can-i-export-samsung-memos
  20. Hi. Don't know about any follow ups to this, but I don't use the templates anyway. Evernote (or someone) has done the hard work, but you could replicate a template by creating a note with tables and duplicating that 12 times, then manually adding dates and a suitable name for each separate month. A pain to do, I accept, but if you really need that layout...
  21. Hi. If you cut a significant chunk of data (or image) from a note, Evernote wants to rebuild its search index, hence -maybe- the delay. Have you checked you sync option settings under Evernote > Tools > Options (assuming you're using the installed desktop version). If you're in the browser version, that should not apply unless you have a slow internet connection or are using the most recent version which is a Beta with occasional issues. Change to another web client in Properties.
  22. Hi. So what device are you using, what OS, which Evernote client (installed or web) and what exactly is your issue? Also: this is on the front page of the Forums - https://discussion.evernote.com/announcement/72-issues-accessing-evernote-support-channels/
  23. Hi, and welcome to the forums. I doubt you'll find how-to's or podcasts specifically on Evernote and Real Estate, but Steve Dotto on Youtube has been the most prolific provider of general Evernote information over the years, and he should be a good place to start.
  24. Hi - Still working for me, apparently... Don't know of any magic commands to switch the menu off... restart?
