If you pay, your attachments should all be searchable. Since this is prepared on the server, you don’t need to optimize your local database any more. If it is corrupted, replace it with a fresh copy from the server.

No, export is a feature of the installed desktop apps. There is a specific additional export feature for the Professional plan, but this doesn’t play a role here.

This thread is about a specific server side problem, that occurred and was quickly solved on the 27th of September.
So either you are late to the party, or you have a different problem. In this case start your own thread.

EN web is counted as a device since October 2020.
You need to be down to one device to activate it.
If it doesn’t, try to clear the browser cache.

Try to rebuild the local database.
Disable the option „Keep data on this computer when leaving“ in the app settings. Then log out, quit the app, restart the Mac.
When it is running again, open EN and log in. It will download an initial set of data. Now leave it open (in the background), but let it run. It will consecutively download all data, including attachments.
Try if tasks are now loading.

One must keep in mind that the new version downloads a lot from the server.
If you have in a note 82 + 60 + 52 + 42 MB = 226MB, this would need to be downloaded just because you open the note. There would be a notable delay. So EN decided to display only smaller files automatically inline, and large ones on demand.
In this specific case you are even close to the note size limit of 200MB. This may complicate things further.

Works for me in all cases I tried.
For better control: Open the note in a new window. You see the page count in the header of the pdf.
Open the pdf from the note in Preview. Select a page, hit delete. Now in Preview File menu select „Save“.
What you should see now after a short moment is that the EN window flickers a bit. After it, the pdf has been saved in the note, and the page count will show one page less.
You can now control in the note and in Preview that the two PDFs show the same content.
Using „Close window“ works as well. It is not necessary that the note must be in a own window, it works from the main window as well. It will just take a blink or two to make the changes save in EN.

The place to report bugs is EN support. You need to be on a subscription to contact them.
I can confirm that the export format "Skitch PNG" creates a file with the prefix PNG, but in fact is a JPEG format. All other export formats seem to do what they declare to do.

The option to share notes or notebooks through the work chat was removed with v10.
You need to use the sharing function. Sharing by mail allows to add some remarks.

Text extraction from pictures is an iOS feature, introduced with iOS 15, if I'm not mistaken. iOS 16 will expand this ability to video clips as well.
You need to understand how it works - in all apps - this is nothing specific to EN.

Open the keyboard shortcuts.
Hover with a mouse over a shortcut description. 3 dots appear in front of the description.
Click them, choose edit shortcut, change the key combination used.

It is only the 13“ MacBook Pro that still has a TouchBar - it is the old design with the new chips. All others have a classic function keys layout, in a new design including micro LED screens with a smaller bezel and MagSafe.
For me not a hard choice …

@jaaa Sure you have offline access. The only important thing is to be logged into your client before going offline. You can close everything, shut the computer down - just don’t log out of your account.

To force a download hold down the alt/opt key before clicking on the Help menu. There will be an additional option „Troubleshooting“.
Behind it are among others 2 options, one called „Reload“, the other „Force Reload“. There are keyboard shortcuts as well.
Edit: On Windows seems to be strg/ctrl instead of alt/opt.

@macneilpi Update for the problem with the right click actions on text in tables:
The problem seems to be solved with EN 10.44. I can't reproduce it any more on my Mac after installing the new version.

@Wan Beeler Just use the web client instead of the installed one. To be sure nothing is cached, you can open EN in a private browser window. It will not save anything after the window was closed.
Hint 1: Be prepared for longer loading times, because everything needs to be loaded from the EN server.
Hint 2: Some companies forbid the use of cloud services, and maybe even block access in the firewall.
Hint 3: Even when data transfer is encrypted, in a setup where somebody else is in control there is no protection against everything transmitted is logged and read. If you want to know how, google for „man in the middle attack“.
The only really private way is to use EN on a personal device through a public / mobile network.

ScannerPro has a nice workflow feature.
It sends the scan right into EN, to a specified notebook and with a set of standard tags. With appr. 10 workflows I cover 80% of my scans, with little rework for organizing.

Web clipper means THE WebClipper  installed in a browser on a desktop device, or clipping through sharing on a mobile device ?
In THE WebClipper you can usually extend the clipping range through the +/- button at the top and bottom of the green frame.
Another option (have not tried on mails yet) may be to first select what you want to clip. Only then hit the WebClipper icon. There should be a new option in the options menu, called „Selection“ (or similar). When you use it, it should only clip what you have selected before.

You have a corrupted local database.
A plain uninstall won’t do the job. It leaves the data on the drive.
Either use Revo Uninstaller to remove all parts of your installation, or remove the local database by this procedure:
Go to File > Sign Out [name] from the menu bar. Select the "Remove my Evernote data from this device" option, then click Sign out. Restart your computer. Sign back in to Evernote. Keep the app open while it downloads your notes from the server.   Observation: You are using a lot probably small notebooks to organize. You could get better results using less notebooks, and rely more on tags instead.

You run a vintage OS, deprecated, completely unsafe, and expect the latest software to execute in this environment ?
Install the legacy client and keep the OS, or get rid of the OS, and allow modern software to execute.

Notes shared to you do not belong to you.
You can duplicate them, and move the duplicate. However, this is a new note and does not take part in any cooperative activity.

Give this a try:
Scan the receipt using the build in scanner. It creates a note, for example one per trip.
Apply tags to the notes, minimum Travel and Open.
At the end of the month, use a saved search for the tags Travel and Open to find the notes. Select all, export to pdf.
It will create a pdf from the selected notes, including the pictures.
Check that it has worked. Remove the Open tag from the selection, add if you want a tag like Done.
Downside: Pictures may be truncated on export. Check first on a sample. Usually the company wants the stuff only for audits - then it doesn’t play a role if it looks „nice“.

The autofilling of the title field only works …
… when something is already in the notes body, either typed or prefilled. EN will use the first line of text, or everything until the first period in that first row.
… when the title field is still empty (or do you want to have the existing title overwritten ?)
If you do it right, you enter something into the notes body and then click / tap into the title field. The first line (or part of it) will be grabbed and placed into the title filed. It is selected then, so if you don’t want to use it, it is one stroke, and it is gone.
Autofilling will never take you to another note.

There is always a separate password, linked to the email user connected to the account. You may have forgotten it, but it is there. And it likely was used to enter your account. No idea how the entry in your log was created, if you don't use an iPhone or Scannable.
Scannable does need the user & PW, but as an app it only has access to its own data - notes created by scannable and holding scannable-made scans.
Maybe it can be faked - so to be safe, I would assume that a full access was used, and that the Scannable entry was faked.
 

If I am not mistaken, „web“ is regarded as one client, even if used on different physical devices.
Since the web client is pretty close in functionality, a setup with web plus mobile is maybe the best for many Free users these days. However web only works while online.
If you exceed the unsyncs, you have to wait for 30 days until it is lifted again. Or subscribe for a month, which will lift it right away. Important to know when switching devices: First log out and unsync the old one, before logging in on the new one.

Try this on your Mac:
Go to the Evernote menu, Preferences, and uncheck „Keep data when leaving“ Log out of EN (File menu), quit EN (cmd-q). When asked confirm "Remove Data from This Device". If you want to be very sure, restart the Mac Open EN, log back in, wait for it to run an initial sync.  Let the initial download run, and leave the app open. It will take a while to download the full content, for offline use. It will replace the local database (probably corrupted) with a fresh copy from the server.
