  1. We have a group of users here who seem to see their only reason of being in this forum to spread a bad mood, and rant about others. This is what I call not respectful. Since it is paired with no contribution to facts or solutions the forum could easily do without these users. It would help others to find relevant content faster. Who wants respect should start to work on it himself.
  2. @Razmataz just took a look at your string of posts. You only post your opinion(ing) about others. You never add anything of substance to this forum. Helping others - zero. Conclusion: Nobody needs you here but yourself.
  3. If you want full layout control, use a word processor or a Page layout software. A note taking software needs a lean, easy to use editor, not a bloated monster like MS Word.
  4. Who believes your 2 minutes probably believes in Santa 🎅🏻 as well.
  5. You need to decide yourself if the value is ok for the price charged. Especially Turkey is a difficult subject, because of the very high inflation rate. This makes a moderate rise in hard currency look extremely expensive in local coin. I am just another user. If you want to send an opinion to EN, you can do it here: feedback@evernote.com
  6. https://support.apple.com/en-en/guide/iphone/iph8903c3ee6/ios As already advised several times: Uninstall the Evernote app. Do a forced restart - this is not a normal restart of the iPhone. See the support article how to do it, or search the internet to find the advise in your language. After the iPhone is on again, download the app, open, log in. Install the widgets on the iPhone Home Screen.
  7. Try on mobile network instead of WiFi. For me it looks like a network problem on your side. Widgets work for me on iOS, no problems. Same with the support page. If you want to fix any persistent problem with an app, uninstall it. Then make a FORCED restart of the iOS device. Then install again, log in. Usually problems are then solved, because the device has performed a full reboot.
  8. Assuming the problem is not caused from the MacOS side: Evernote Support Ticket: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  9. What we learned: Tom should take better care of his car. Or get a new one.
  10. Logged in just now, Firefox 124.0.2 on Mac Sonoma 14.4.1, Mac mini M1. Worked without any problem, straight to my notes: On Safari, same procedure as every time: Don't use Chrome, but I see no reason it shouldn't work.
  11. Maybe it’s because I decided to sink legacy way before RTE launched. If somebody used legacy and v10 there was a permanent conversion between the disparate data structures. No excuse for loosing any data, but it did for sure create an additional stress. At that time I was already for half a year legacy-free, and had everything on the same platform.
  12. It would probably be easier to check your attitude than insisting in saving any nitty bitty detail of a deceased app. With a positive attitude life is so much easier.
  13. No, I mean that Chrome is breaking things all the time, and FF needs to try to follow it. BTW AFAIK Google is one of the main contributors to the non profit organization carrying Firefox. You could say they finance their own competition, to be able to tell everybody there is no browser monopoly. I would force them to either give up the browser, or the search engine / advertising business. Because all they do with Chrome is to keep competing services from performing the same (disgusting) tracking of the users - the tracking they do to secure their multi billion business model. As next step they will remove Cookies from the internet. The replacement will be as privacy corrupting as Cookies - but Google will have the monopoly on reading it out. OK, but I deviate. I don’t think that EN changed anything.
  14. The few occasions when I encountered an Untitled Attachment, I solved it by briefly switching to another note, and then come back to the first one. The attachments then showed with title and all, opened and behaved as expected. But maybe I am just the lucky guy …
  15. Maybe it depends on your usage habits. If you are a keyboard shortcuts guy, you will welcome the slash-commands as a new possibility to avoid taking your hands off the keyboard. If you are rather mousing around, it will be no big deal. The hype around it is probably that they introduced a feature offered by other note apps (take THAT, evil Notion). So, let’s lean back, it’s Popcorn time in the war of the notes apps. The EMPIRE strikes back … 🤣
  16. To me it sounds more that the browser guys changed things on their side. I run Safari and Firefox, and never had a problem to access the web client. I was on a corporate network on a project for half a year and used Edge (Chromium based) there, and didn’t have any problem either. I don’t see why EN should be changing things - it is the browsers that evolve, especially Google / Chrome who try to destroy all competitors by tweaking and twisting the browser engine at will.
  17. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a messaging capability build into the app since long ago. Something like „The server will be down tomorrow for 15min, don’t forget to fetch a coffee while we fix things“. But this is all speculative - your chances at getting access are support, or maybe this: https://zhuanlan.zhihu.com/p/689684427?utm_id=0 I want to add it is sort of shady, I used the machine translation and found it to be a rather challenging description. But maybe it allows access without the server. If you tried you can post your experience.
  18. You are contributing zero to this thread, you only make it hard to read and follow. Leave this thread and the OP alone, they have enough to handle. Nobody needs a thread hijacker here. If you want to rant about EN support open your own thread about it.
  19. Support is not really fast at the moment. Once you have got a ticket number, you can send us a direct message with that number. We can try to flag it to speed things up.
  20. This is the expected behavior in iOS, called an in-app browser window. It is common for many apps. To open the site in an external browser, you need to copy the URL and paste it into the address field of your browser of preference.
  21. Same advise as posted already above: To avoid the added complexity of all "sign in by" methods, the first approach is to use the EN user (email address) and password for the sign in.
  22. First thing is to get that mail account back. That account is probably a nugget pit for that hacker, enabling him to reset passwords on a ton of accounts, and harvest the contents. In parallel try the provided support link to EN support.
