When sharing a note through the Evernote windows app, the recipient get a notification in Work Chat but does not always receive an e-mail notification. Is there anything that would prevent notifications through e-mail when a note is shared?

I'm trying to use Evernote at work. I work with two ladies. Lady one receives my work chat notes but she can't reply. Lady two neither receives nor can she reply (or even send a new one to me). What criteria do they have to meet before they can send work chat messages? They both use Gmail. This is on Evernote Web.

there does not appear to be anyway to search in chat... I have been through support and they can find no way to find words or subject matter in chat. I had hoped for this as this is what you are able to do within notes. You can put a word into the search bar and it will look and list all the notes that have that word. It appears that you are not able to do this in chat! Will this be possible in future? Slack is another programme/app and everything is searchable and so this saves so much time scrolling down lists of conversations. thanks

I shared a note with a non-EverNote user - <share> <send note> <entered their e-mail address> They receive link to sign up for an account They sign up for an account They are now looking at a blank evernote account & there is nothing on the page that tells them how to access the chat or the note I just shared with them. I have found numerous how-to's on how I should share a note but no pictures and details for non-evernote users on how to receive the chat. This person is now a confirmed evernote hater but could someone please send me a link to detaile

Other Premium Feature not available : Support Chat
AntoineG posted a topic in Evernote for iOS Issues (Versions 8.24.6 and under)
Hello, Since EN 8 launch the app is crashing on startup (iPhone 6s). Versions 8.0.1 and 8.0.2 didn't fix the problem. I sent a Support Ticket friday 20th : no answer. I contacted EvernoteHelps via DM : no answer. Now I want to access the Support Chat, but the "Chat Now" button is not functionning = nothing happens when I click. I tried to access the Chat from two desktop computers, using Safari, Chrome, Firefox. Also tried from my iPhone. To sum up : - the Evernote app is broken. - I'm unable to reach any support and specifically Chat Support which is a feature that I pay -
This is my feature request response to the feature request for "Note "Comments " please. ? " Rather than have a running list of comments that would make a note look like a FaceBook post or Blog with commentary, I highly recommend that the Work Chat shared notes allow for track changes. This would allow someone to start the note, and anyone in the work chat to add, edit and comment as they see fit, while the original material is preserved from comparison and final approval. In addition it could allow Evernote for Business features where the "Final approval" is identified as an individual w

Hello everyone, We are switching to Evernote Business for all the positives that Evernote brings. I am running in to an issue - how do I sync my existing Outlook contacts with Evernote Mobile so that I can use my Outlook contacts as the "Send to" in the chat feature? Anything helps - thanks everyone!

How do I access Chat? I upgraded to Premium but still don't see any way to ask anyone a question. Also, several months ago on my android, Evernote stopped being able to highlight a word by double-tapping, making it difficult to cut, copy, or delete. At the same time, it began duplicating a word if I tried to backspace over it to erase it. It's really annoying. Is there any fix to this?

Hi Evernote Community – I have recently persuaded a colleague to download Evernote on his Windows machine. My Premium Account Evernote is installed on a MacBook... Each time I initiate a Chat, he never receives my messages. Not even any items that I share with him. When he initiates, I receive the message listed as 'An Evernote User'. Could you help please? Many thanks!
