Hi @Shane D. thanks for your reply. I just checked and I have the exact same issue on the web client. Old internal links, created before the major update, still work as expected but I am unable to create new ones.

I use a workflow where I keep track of older emails by getting an internal link to them (similarly to what one can do for notes in Evernote) and then pasting the link into my Evernote with any associated information I need. When I need to find the email again, I used to simply click the link, which opens my email client and displays the email. Since the last update, Evernote no longer recognises internal links from other apps as links at all, making it impossible to click them. I've tried going via "insert link" but it won't even let me save them as links either in this case. Clearly it does not recognise internal links as links. Example images are attached.
