  1. That was a misunderstanding. Now I understand. So there is really no better solution. A pity, actually. I actually wanted to spare myself Dropbox, Google Drive, OneNote.
  2. But, yes! First I get a request if I want to use EN in the browser or as desktop version and then the request to register with password if I am not EN user yet. Then I see a full EN with the welcome questions, costs, usage instructions. When I'm done with that, only then do I see the notebook under "Approved for me". This is not how I want to communicate with my tax advisor! Give me your email address. I will send you an EN Link to a notebook.
  3. But then the person has to (let) register with Evernote! But I don't want to impose that on the tax consultant! Is there not another way?
  4. Ok, this only works with one note. But since I also save only one PDF per note (comes from the scanner), I want to share a notebook completely for reading. But I can't set up a link for that. Or is there a trick?
  5. That PDF must be included in a note is clear. Again: I have several notes, each with a PDF file. I want to make these available for download individually or as a notebook to a third party WITHOUT Evernote, without him having to register with Evernote. The third party has NO Evernote! So no Evernote chat, no Evernote registration!

Good day, I would like to share from EN Teams documents with PDF files like this without the recipient getting a chat prompt, registering in Evernote, downloading an app, but just accessing the shared files like Dropbox? Can't you do that? They are PDF files intended for clients or the tax accountant or our company lawyer, for example, who are not part of our Evernote business and don't (want to) use Evernote!   7. We are disappointed after upgrading to Evernote 10 for Windows and iOS and can no longer work with the Evernote Business version as in the past. Our business suffers from this. The separation of Evernote Premium and Business was a prerequisite for the switch to version 10, which Evernote did after the first update. After the separation and the update almost all counters for the notes and notebooks show different values on the different platforms (Windows, Web, iOS) for Premium and Business. Even after installing the legacy version for Windows, the counters do not match. With the legacy version we can at least see our documents. Although even here, for example, notebooks are displayed that cannot be deleted. But the worst of all is the iOS version. Here neither the counters nor the notebooks match. Notebooks from Evernote Business are displayed in Evernote Premium, old versions of notebooks are displayed in Evernote Business (synchronization does not work properly), and we do not know how to correct the faulty synchronization. We also do not know if new documents are synchronized correctly. We may lose information that we store in our workspaces in the Business version. Are there other Evernote Business users who have similar experiences?
  8. Using the EV version on the web and the legacy version at the same time is no fun if you use the new checkboxes. In one version they look correct. Not in the other version.

After the accounts were disconnected and after downloading the Windows app and the iOS app, nothing was the same anymore. Notebooks and stacks from the business area were in the private area. Some partly empty. These disappeared after tapping. Some notebooks can not be removed. We quickly deleted the new apps for Windows and iOS before they did any damage and are working with the legacy version. Unfortunately, we no longer have our notes with us on the road. Digitalization doesn't work like that, Ian! A company has to rely on the tool, otherwise it is abandoned! We have spent hours on the video and in the forums, installing, testing and uninstalling. It just doesn't work as it should. Also, in Windows I can't keep personal and business open at the same time. There is also no real support. There is also no outlook how it will go on. We are more than annoyed!
