  1. MacOS; the OS on Mac computers Counterpart to Windows Doesn't usually get mentioned in a Windows forum 🙂
  2. I flagged your post for the admins to look at Perhaps @Shane D.can step in
  3. Not sure what'd causing your support login problems are I have successfully opened many support tickets As to your original question You've already provided your payment details for auto re-enrollment; no action is required If you wish to downgrade (or upgrade); use the Manage Subscriptions page
  4. Yes, this local copy is "ever changing". Evernote will keep it up to date with the master data version stored in the cloud This local copy is only used for offline access A separate cache is used for syncing
  5. Does "visually going through" mean navigating the notebook tree? We can also "visually going through" the tag tree in a similar manner
  6. Confirmed, the new EN task feature is a block embedded in a note contents So, I start with a note; an individual note for each task This is simple note processing - assigning tags to a note - applying filters to the note list
  7. An example would be my v10 testing I use tag:!Action-Task tag:!Project v10 testing and that's my filter parameters
  8. You didn't mention a platform, or versions afaik There haven't been any such changes lately
  9. My tasks are individual notes; this allows tag assignment I use tag:!Action-Task and optional tag:!Project-aaaaaaaaaaa I use tags to identify each of my projects and can generate filtered task lists
  10. I would use separate notebooks For example, a naming structure like Calculus 2021-1
  11. I don't need printing, but I wanted to comment on the "dirty export of all my notes" I tried export to HTML, but lost metadata - I could only preserve Notebook assignment by using a separate export for each notebook - Tags were not visible (the tag data was embedded in the html code) - Note-id was not preserved, making the note links useless - ... I had better success with direct export/import to an app For example, conversion to Devonthink went smoothly
  12. For me, it's a clean break I don't want my notes split between two databases
  13. No comments on work methods but if "manual sorting is a must" Evernote is the wrong product for you - it's smart to look at a different product In the meantime, a request has been posted. To indicate support, use the vote button at the top left corner of the discussion Posting these Boohoo posts just creates static and suggesting there's minimal work to implement this is an insult
  14. I can only advise you on "Exporting Evernote"
  15. The export function is supported on the Windows and Mac platforms You're using the web platform
  16. Windows C:/users/<youraccount>/appdata/roaming /evernote Mac /Users/<youraccount>/Library/Application Support/Evernote >In v10, you can only export 50 notes at a time In v10, you can export an entire notebook with no limit on the note count >The problem I am having is EN Legacy stopped syncing with my EN v10. There is only one master version, maintained on the servers (web client) Both Legacy and v10 sync with this version
  17. I still use the Evernote Legacy product, and my backups include a weekly full export The Legacy version can be installed at Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote and does not auto-update
  18. Your account has a single set of notes with the master maintained on the Evernote servers The same notes are accessed from any device
  19. I added my vote I don't use a task manager service; I just want the data to be available I use a spreadsheet for a Gantt view of my sorted task list
  20. It seems to be a bug Open a support ticket (https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action) Personally, I do my encryption external to Evernote using non-proprietary tools
  21. Make sure you're using the same account id/password
  22. Stack within a stack is not supported Multi-level hierarchy is only supported with the Tags feature
  23. I use the Evernote Legacy product; there's no note limit The v10 product supports export by notebook without a note limit
