Thank you everyone! I didn't know that I needed to revoke access from one of the devices. That's worked and I did the ENEX backup. I read that with the ENEX backup, when you import the files the 'date created' is lost. If I use a backup software, will it keep intact the date created? And what backup software is recommended for windows?

When I download the app, it says I need to subscribe to continue. So is the export feature only available when I pay?

Here's a screenshot from my PC and I will upload one from a mac as well ASAP. I'm working from evernote.com. I don't have a subscription so I can't use the windows app.

Hi, I want to create a backup of all my Evernotes. I read some discussion questions and found basically different descriptions directing me to : "Double click "Notebooks", right click on the notebook you want, select export." I don't have the option to back up when I right click on a notebook OR an individual note. I've tried on both PC and Mac. What am I missing? Thanks.
