This is above my pay grade but I was wondering if Evernote's activity log provides any useful info afaik Dragging the email into Evernote shouldn't cause a problem. A .eml object is created and stored as a file attachment btw, I see no problem posting your issue in this forum. Perhaps embed the call stack as a text file
