  1. If you read the link it confirms you can forward an email with keywords - Email Subject: [Title of note] ![optional date for reminder] @[notebook] #[tag]
  2. - You seem to have a local problem though. Are you connecting over a local network / wifi / hotspot, and are you behind any firewalls or using VPN?
  3. I agree - I deleted my 'phone app and now just use a tablet / desktop / laptop. If you share items from your phone by email to your Evernote account address, that works fine - you can also send new notes by email. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005347
  4. Or Alt+Ctrl+N opens a new note when Evernote is running...
  5. Sorry - you need to contact Support... https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new - or via the Settings option on mobile. Patience is required.
  6. Nope - hasn't been an issue for me on Win 11 / Evernote 10.78.2 - I do use "split tunnelling" on my VPN connection because remote servers ***** up my IP address... EDIT: (Sorry for the language )
  7. Just to remind everyone - one workaround here is simply to forward emails to your Evernote account address... you can add reminders / assign notebooks and add tags in the process. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005347
  8. OK - done that. I'm sorry you're apparently not getting the answers you need. A company called Bending Spoons are Evernote's new owners and the company is based in Italy now. Evernote also have an account here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps which you could try. Please do stick to one ticket number though, repeated requests just go through the same long queue before they get attention.
  9. Hi. Sorry - mainly other users here. Support is here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new - patience is required.
  10. Support is here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new - or behind the Settings option on your mobile. Patience is required. We're mainly users in the forums, so no ability to influence fixes.
  11. Hi. We're mostly just users here - you need to talk to Evernote for more on this...
  12. We're mostly other users here - not marketing anything. Plus the Linux app was a Beta and lagged a long way behind the other apps - and was (theoretically) limited to a relatively small test audience. If you need something other than the browser version you'll need to look at options.
  13. Worked immediately for me - maybe a restart required?
  14. ...While constantly trying to persuade users to update to v10 and stop using Legacy. None of which actually matters - in a couple of weeks it's v10 or another provider, according to individual choice.
  15. Hi. We're mostly other users here, and there are no developers that I know of.. you're best off contacting Evernote direct.
  16. Hmmn - I have pretty much the same setup with no shutdowns at all... I wondered how much space overall you had on your local storage, since there might be some disk-swapping going on. I have a 1TB SSD forinstance with 400GB of free local storage. If there's plenty of storage, try a 'clean' reinstall - Sign out of Evernote / don't save your data locally / use Revo Uninstaller Free to uninstall the app. Power off and back on, then re-download and reinstall and leave Evernote running to rebuild the local data files and indexes. It's usable but a little slow - things get faster later.
  17. Hi. My layout is still fine - have you tried customizing things with more widgets?
  18. Hi. Not normal behaviour - what version numbers of Windows (10/11) and Evernote do you have? How much free storage?
  19. I flagged your ticket - hope it helps. When you do get some feedback please post it back here - we could all do with some encouragement!
  20. Not that one unfortunately - you might find your ticket here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/ it should have a #<number> reference.
  21. Hi. Please remove your email from this public forum. We're mainly other users here, so no control over refunds. Please contact https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and be patient for a reply.
  22. Workaround - use Windows key + arrow keys to move window left or right. https://www.wikihow.com/Bring-an-Off-Screen-Window-Back-on-Windows
  23. Trying to catch up with a backlog of user requests I'd imagine. You could always ask them - oh, wait...
