  1. Hmmn. Seems difficult to find anything concrete on what's in and what's not - AFAIK you 'should' be getting reminders by email, but if that's failing, the only fixes seem to be what you've already done, or a complete uninstall and clean reinstall which may be a bit of overkill... It's possible to use a saved search to check for outstanding tasks - ReminderdoneTime:today for instance, or ToDo:* These may give you some suggestions - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208313828-Use-advanced-search-syntax https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/208313618-How-to-find-to-do-notes-checklists ...and of course you can always ask https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new (patience may be required...)
  2. Hi. My tablet seems to be on Android 14. I don't use a 'phone hotspot though - have you tried access via standard wi-fi? We're mainly users here - contact https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new for more information on compatibility. Androids in general (and Samsungs in particular) don't seem to play well with Evernote, but they are getting better... I can certainly create and save a note.
  3. Hi. Please remove your email address from this public forum. We're mainly other users, so can't process refunds. Please contact https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new as soon as possible, but be prepared to wait for a reply. They're very very busy...
  4. Hi. The ad can't be removed by us (mainly users here) and wouldn't be removed for single users anyway. Why can't you access the app? What device are you using?
  5. Hi. We're mainly other users here. I flagged your ticket number for an Admin to take a look. You may want to make sure the payment went through from your end. If it was to a third-party store like Apple / Google / Windows please check with them too...
  6. Support do seem under water these days - if you got as far as having a ticket number I can flag it for a forum Admin here who may be able to get you some action... If you didn't do it already - use https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new to create a ticket.
  7. Hi. Can you open the PDF on your system and re-save it, or convert it to another file type? (ie export to DOCX or JPG?) Normally I'd refer you to Support - we're mainly other users here - but they're being very slow. https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new
  8. Hi. We're mainly other users here. If you're not seeing the offer I assume it closed - are you trying to upgrade while signed in to your account? Try signing out to see if different rules apply - you can share your current free account with any new account that you might create to move the notes across...
  9. Hi. In which country are you located? Could you be affected by firewalls? VPN? This forum is mainly supported by users - you would need to contact Support for more help with subscriptions. They're very slow at the moment. https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new
  10. Thanks - I meant do you use Tasks to generate a reminder?
  11. Hi. Mainly users here. If you've updated to the latest version and something isn't working I'd suggest you contact Support - there won't be an immediate response but they will register the issue.
  12. Hi. The Forums are mainly user supported - you'd need to contact Support to check. https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new
  13. Hi. What's your device / OS and Evernote version, and how exactly are you setting your reminders up?
  14. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005247-Evernote-system-limits (I left out Plus & Premium - see original page & scroll down)
  15. Hi again. I'm really sorry you're having so much trouble getting proper support. I'll flag this thread again for an Admin to look at, but I'm only another user here - I don't have a direct line into Evernote or a formal complaint process. I'm sure you'll get a response eventually, but I know that's no comfort while you have an open-ended wait...
  16. Yeah - the link is confusing. In theory you can log in as you, or use the 'guest' link to get in, and then if you have a look around the help pages you'll either get a form to fill in, or you'll find the actual Support link at the bottom of the page...
  17. Hmmn. If it's hitting both OS's you need to send in your support requests and wait for Evernote to take notice. It seems unlikely, but if mail is getting rejected by Evernote maybe the '365 mail sender got itself banned... No ideas from me I'm afraid - please let us know when you get a reaction from Support..
  18. You're mean! Actually I think this is -possibly- reasonable for families, small businesses or self-employed support workers - the cost (and Admin!) of Teams seats or multiple copies of Personal is prohibitive, but some 'free' accounts solve the issue, and if there's an actual use involved, there's a real(er) chance that one or more of the free accounts will also buy a Personal subscription to use for themselves... maybe.
  19. Hi. I run Evernote on Win 11 and can open separate windows - I'd suggest you update the the latest version from the website (I'm now on 10.78.2). Click the three dots in top right to see "open in new window" or click the note title in a list view.
  20. Hi. Short-term work-around - forward or BCC copy emails to your Evernote email address. (I have rules set up in Outlook to auto-forward some emails). I suggest you raise a support ticket anyway - it'll take a while for the team to respond. Meantime what are your device / OS / Outlook and Evernote versions?
  21. Yet neither of you has mentioned an actual problem related to the Mac app - which this thread is about. Evernote versions have gone up to 10.78 since the post, so if you are having issues, please update to the latest app from Evernote.com (the Store apps run behind) and post any queries in the correct thread or start a new one.
  22. Hi. I moved your suggestion to a votable forum so others can support your idea.
  23. If you report your issue here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new - you should get an acknowledgement which will include a ticket number. If you already used that link, you should see your tickets listed here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/
  24. Hi. Is there any kind of security on this file? Is it especially large? Are you adding it to a new note, or one that already has lots of attachments? Are you a subscriber, or a free user with more than 50 notes and one notebook? What's your OS and Evernote version?
  25. Hi. Unpaid versions are limited to a total of 50 notes and one notebook, accessible from 2 devices only. If you already have more than 50 notes etc, then you won't be able to create new notes. Free accounts are now limited to a trial access only, not something for long term use. If one of your devices is a desktop PC you will be able to export your notes to ENEX, HTML or PDF files to transfer them to a new service, but there's no way to avoid the frequent reminders meantime. If you have signed up for a free trial you have a few days to take action before your account is charged, and you may be able to opt for monthly payments so that you can cancel quickly. You'll need to go to a web page - https://www.evernote.com/BillyBillingProfile.action - and scroll to the very bottom to cancel your subscription. If you are seeing screens that don't have an easy exit, do make sure that you don't have any screen magnification options set.
