  1. OK - well, consider Evernote advised (via this forum) - it may come back in a further update: there's lots to come...
  2. Hi. New version / cut down for launch / more options coming / meantime - Legacy - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote
  3. It's been mentioned several dozen times already. The new version has limited downloads for the moment. Until that changes you can operate as you did before using the legacy version. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote
  4. Sooner or later, yes. But Evernote are working hard to make the new version acceptable, and until then you have the older versions...
  5. Hi. Device? Operating system? What are you logging into here?
  6. Hi. That's not going to happen. There are 10-12 days' worth of users in the queue ahead of you. You might want to edit that post to remove your email address too - this is a public forum and spammers will harvest any email addresses they see for future use... The new Evernote client takes a little while to load on first use, so you might find it will come up after some time. If not, try a different browser - there may be many reasons a busy web page will not load. If you care to post back here with your OS and preferred browser, maybe someone can make some suggestions - otherwise I'd suggest you complete your Support request and get a ticket number - at least then you are in the queue, and it may not take so long to get a reply - although with a few holidays coming up...
  7. One of those could be the Legacy version until they get things sorted out... https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote
  8. Hi. Note History works off backups taken at various times during the day, so it may have captured some of the changes you made. The only way to find out is to subscribe. You may be able to do that with monthly payments, and if after a month you decide to downgrade to Basic again, your payments would stop. In the meantime you'd also have access to email support which might also help you get some of your data back...
  9. Hi. The number of fonts might go up in future updates, but the limited choice is because we users demanded that Evernote make notes look the same on all devices. Since Windows uses fonts that Mac does not, and vice-versa - and the same for Android and iOS... and by the way the respective fonts are owned by each platform... the only was the company could satisfy the demand was for Evernote embed their own fonts and use only them. As a subscriber, you can fairly easily change your account to non-paying by signing into Evernote.com and going to settings > manage my subscription.
  10. Not sure what we can do - you could go back to the Legacy version...
  11. Hi. I hope Shane is able to help you. Please edit your post though and delete your email address from here - we're a public forum and it's visible to everyone including potential spammers...
  12. Hmmn - did Revo find an Evernote app and try at least to remove it? You could try running it again to see whether there's still an Evernote listing that it can try to remove, or maybe try Windows Uninstall again...
  13. Hi. New version, limited features - so no preferences available yet. Evernote also now has a very limited range of fonts on all devices. The fonts are an Evernote standard on every device so layouts will be preserved. In any format except iOS it's possible to step back a version to get the old options back,
  14. Hi. For inidvidual notes, try clicking or right-clicking the top bar of the frame around the PDF. AFAIK none of the v10 apps have 'options' to select yet (apart from keeping the database) so if you want to avoid seeing attachments, try the legacy.
  15. Revo Uninstaller (free) always seems good at finding and killing the bits of data that cause this sort of issue...
  16. Hi. You can downgrade your membership to non-paying here - Manage your subscription. It's also possible to go back to the previous stable desktop versions here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote
  17. Hi. Try signing in on Evernote.com. There's a password reminder link there if you have problems, though I appreciate of you lost access to the yahoo account that's not going to help much... The only other option is to contact Support https://twitter.com/evernotehelps
  18. Hi. Pretty much everything was removed from the new app before launch, though they're bringing various features back as quickly as they can. No idea whether image links is on that list, or where it will be. Meantime you can get your functionality back here >> https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote
  19. Hi. Possibly uninstall the software and restart your system / reinstall? Or try https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote
  20. Hi. Did you try https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote
  21. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote
  22. The legacy app will give you your access back... https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052560314-Install-an-older-version-of-Evernote
  23. Two suggestions - use a message app of some sort; Evernote has a Slack integration forinstance... Or (and you didn't hear this from me! 😎) try Workflowy which allows lists and notes to be shared, and can be set to email a daily update of things that have been changed... Here's part of my setup: https://workflowy.com/s/example-stub/7eEN3KzuV67vG1qg
