  2. I've mentioned before - I have a small Basic account, which loads the latest version. My main account though loads up 5.33.

  4. Hi. Congratulations on having the highest number of attached devices we're seen so far... Once you get to this stage, your only option is to contact support. In normal circumstances this would not be a quick process. At this time of year after a new product release and in the middle of a pandemic... Your viable options are: Upgrade, if you can, on a monthly basis. You get better access (though still not quick) to support, you should immediately get access to your account so additional devices can be removed, and you can downgrade your account to Basic again as soon as this is sorted out. Raise a support ticket with Evernote via Twitter @EvernoteHelps and carry on with a different email address and a new Basic account while the old one gets sorted.

  7. Hi. Try installing the Legacy app to see whether your local notebook still exists in its original form.   10. Hi. We're in a Windows thread here, but the same advice probably applies - uninstall/ delete whatever you can (using AppCleaner if things get difficult) and restart your system. Redownload from Evernote.com and start over.   13. Don't think so - if there's no update available at present it's always been greyed out for me. I just (usually) have it on auto update. Given the fuss at the moment about the new versions on other devices I changed that to "I don't even want to know" (or something similar) until other some users have jumped in to try it... Hang on in there for a few days - I'm sure it will come around soon.

I'd imagine tens of thousands of existing users, including myself - plus all 'power' users - are still using either the last public version (6.25.1) or the Legacy version (6.25.2) until such time as various features like import folders and encryption are incorporated in the new releases. This forum will continue supporting those releases - in so far as we can - until the contributors here are forced to update or migrate away.

  23. Hi. If you work on one device and then move to another you should be able to see your work up to date, but the updates between devices aren't meant to be immediate. It can cause issues if you have more than one active session at a time. Your Trash folder may or may not sync with any priority given that the contents are 'deleted' but you'd need to talk to Evernote support to resolve that.
